Skytrek Willow Springs Station

My partner and I stayed a few days ago and loved every second! Skytrek was a once in a lifetime experience! Epic drive - highly recommend! The facilities were clean and tidy, and the Reynolds family was very friendly and accommodating.

We were at the Grass Wren site closer to the main road. It is super quiet. A short stroll up the surrounding hills gives way to some stunning vistas. Clean and modern porta-loo on site with table and fire pit. Excellent shower block and kitchen up at the homestead. The site was just large enough for us to swing the EcoTourer around and reverse in to a flat-ish section. The Horseyard sites 1 and 2 closer to the homestead are much larger and just out of site of the homestead. I did note that a generator was running during the day at the homestead and take care on the tracks if it rains - it's typical red dirt country. I went for a bike ride to one of the lookouts but was a bit confused by the signage and scale of the map - as were another couple I spoke to. We dropped into the other popular sites in the area and would agree that Willow Springs was the best place to be in the area. We enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a fabulous stay. We camped in a tent near the fantastic amenities : hot showers, washing machines, fridge, ovens, cutlery... Nothing was missing.The people working there are all very nice and helped us with our hiking plans.The stars are insane at night and the kangaroos all around the place !Be prepared for the bush flies, they are all around the park at the moment. You can buy a fly net at the reception if you are unprepared like we were !

We did the Skytrek track & did a solid 7 hour drive through so many different sceneries. It was beautiful! $75 track with option 4WD track (low range). Recommended to call in advanced of planned trip to confirm if track is open in case it has been raining previously. Pack some lunch & snacks for the big drive.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights and do their skytrec 4x4 adventure. Facilities were clean and the camp kitchen is well set up.

For an unpowered site we couldn't have asked for more. Great facilities and convenient location for exploring the Flinders Ranges.

Great spot. Stayed a couple of nights here and 3 nights at another location but wished i stayed here the whole time. Customer service was good and the location was so good. Loved the place. Camped out the back - short drive to camp 5 which was cleared, raked and so clean. Porta loo on site was clean and tidy. Really rate this place and highly recommended

Amazing getaway in the outback!! Absolutely loved our stay. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 nights. Location was near stokes hill lookout, which made a great sunset spot. The owners live onsite and were lovely folks. Highly recommended!

Loved it here, we spent 5 peaceful nights here. 4x4 drive track took us 6.5hr to do. An absolute must do. Camping here is very sentral and way better than Wilpena pound. Camp kitchen with everything you need, hot showers and toilets. Every remote camp site has a private toilet. Wife was very very impressed
