Fantastic people to deal with. Called the very helpful Megan on a Tuesday to ask about some auto lifters for my shed and they were installed two days later. Great service. Highly recommend these guys for any work needing to be done.

I contacted Gympie Garage Doors to replace 2 roller doors on our garage at our holiday house Our Place TCB. I had a number of dealings on the phone & email with Megan in the office who I found to be extremely efficient and friendly. Their time line for the completion of the job was spot on & they were happy to work around my availability. I was contacted regularly in relation to attendance at my property which I found very useful. On the day of install, the 2 installers arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently with no mess left behind. We are extremely happy with the completed job and despite the garage being 40 years old, it now has 2 brand new roller doors in almost a perfectly matched colour. I would definitely recommend Gympie Garage Doors to anyone in the area who wants a friendly & efficient response.

Opposite experience to previous, looking to purchase 4 x 4m roller doors + openers for my shed in Gympie, so a reasonably large and expensive job, spoke to a bloke who took all the details and sounded pretty disinterested, said he was too busy to work out a price at the moment and would come back to me and never did. Seems they’re to busy to look after prospective customers. Will talk to the Sunshine Coast B&D dealer instead and see if they can help.

After endless chasing of another garage door company for 6 weeks (the only other one in town) I contacted Gympie Garage Doors and I was able to get a quote over the phone and then the job was completed within 5 working days of that quote. The other company hasn't even bothered to send me a quote.Thanks guys, awesome job. Very happy.

Don’t think I will use these people again. Guy who came was really rude. Didn’t even bother to see if he could fix the problem just gruffly said I needed a new motor. So glad I went to the ‘other’ company
