Brilliant gym. Great range of equipment, loads of room, it’s clean, and very friendly staff. Cheap & no contracts & reciprocal access to ALL Plus Fitness gymS at no extra cost. Love training here, best value for money gym by far!!!

I really enjoy training at both the Carseldine and Windsor clubs. The trainer's are friendly and very knowledgeable, it's never too busy to jump on any piece of equipment, more than enough parking & a wide range of both free weights and machines to use.

Plenty of space and a good mix of equipment. I have been doing some PT with Jen and she is really lovely and has taken things nice and slowly for me. Heaps of parking and there are plenty of times when there aren't many people around.

I love this gym. I have been training in gyms for over 20 years and this is easily one of the best I have ever been too. The team are great and the place is always so clean! I would recommend this gym to anyone.

People, watch out with these guys. They promise things, but go back on their word, next minute they take legal action against you. This gym standards and service has changed dramatically. If you can go to snap Fitness or club coops, these guys look after you and work with you. Plus their facilities are clean and working. I'm a Newby at this gym. After not being a member of any gym for quite some time I must say I love how friendly and helpful the staff are here. It's nice and quite and I've never had to wait to use any of the equipment. Loads of parking too

I love this gym.. Loads of equipments and weights.. The workout area is huge and plenty of car parks.. Most of all I can access it anytime and not to mention the staff are super awesome and helpful... Totally worth my money..

Before I joined Plus Fitness, I was one of those gym dropouts. Somebody who could no seem to commit, end up in a yearly contract and then cancel after only going 10 times max.But I find going to Plus Fitness an absolute pleasure. I love how I can just do my own thing without worrying about structure or time. The gym itself is spacious and the atmosphere is really pleasing. I look forward to going just to get out of my house.The staff there are super helpful and very friendly. Seeing Jen and Josh make my day because they always have a smile and a kind word.The best thing is, the payment schedule is suitable for most people and there are no yearly lock in contracts.I highly recommend Plus Fitness if you are looking to get into a fitness routine on your terms, but with support as and when needed. It really helped shape me and improve my posture!

I love going to this gym. It is one of the best I have ever been to. It is so clean and all the equipment is in such great condition. There are TVs on the wall and great lavatory facilities with a shower, hair dryer and straighteners as well. The staff are just wonderful, very kind and helpful. The gym isn't usually crowded and everyone tends to keep to themselves. So no weird staring. Like I said, I love going to this gym and can easily spend an hour in here.
