Guppy's Early Learning Centre - Frenchville

Guppy’s is very professional and very open about all communications. My son loves it here, the programming and activities set out are always different and well planned and staff encourage children to join in. All staff love engaging with children as well. Highly recommend

I’ve always been so worried about putting my children into day care. But Elissa and the staff at Guppys have made me feel so comfortable and welcome. It’s so nice to walk in and the staff know us by our name. Would highly recommend

Had my child come home occasionally with a pooy bum that was dry, with a few nappy rashes, but other then that the services are great. Staff are very approachable, centre was always clean and my child had fun and has progressed in their learning since they first started.

My daughter has been going here for about 2 months and she loves it! May cry when I’m first dropping her off as she doesn’t want me to go, but as soon as one of the educators comforts her she is very happy! Every time I pick her up she has a big smile on her face! All the staff are really nice. I would like to say a huge thank you to all of them for caring and making sure my child is happy and safe, and a big thank you to Kylie who my daughter seems to love so much :)

My toddler recently joined guppys and his absolutely loving it! Their is so many activities to do to keep him entertained and the food is always a fun surprise that he looks forward to. The staff are understanding and made him feel safe and welcome quickly.I highly recommend Guppys Elc!

I cannot praise the wonderful ladies at our centre enough! I am thankful for thier support through a rough transition for both myself and my son moving to Rockhampton a few months ago.Miss Alyssa, Miss Marie and Miss Kell have all climbed into our hearts, always there for a chat or a cry in my case at times, advice and sporting/activity suggestions etc to encourage my son in other areas. Take the time to know each family individually enabling them to provide the best they can for that child. It is the feeling of genuine care that I love.All the educators including Glennis the cook for our children know every child's name no matter the room they work in. The food is fantastic, knowing my son has had a good meal for lunch makes dinner so much easier after a long day at work.The library facility is also a great extra that we enjoy.I am very grateful and truly appreciate the safe loving family environment created by the staff that my son is running and excited to get to each day and at times doesn't want to leave yet when I collect him.Awsum job!

Old management was very unorganised and had no passion for children. New management is amazing! So nice and actually knows my child. Staff are all so friendly and happy. The director and admin are so polite and are always happy to make sure we are settled and enjoying our time at the centre. I highly recommend Guppy’s early learning as they have come so far. The centre looks so much brighter and welcoming. Love the new change keep it up guys.❤️

As a parent, all you want is the best for your child.I can not fault the staff at Guppys Frenchville, my daughter has a gluten intolerant and the chef is more then accommodating making her feel included with her different types of food.All staff are accommodating to her additional needs and accept her challenging behaviours.

All the staff at Guppy’s are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Since starting my little one at the beginning of the year the entire centre has grown and improved in leaps and bounds. Would recommend to everyone!
