V.I.P Nails & Beauty Spa

I am a very fussy person when it comes to my nails. If one thing looks out of place it has to be fixed straight away otherwise i get more angry and frustrated thats its not perfect over time. But I love this place. Its the best nail place i have ever been too. The lady who does my nails, who is the owner of the business is so nice and i always leave happy with my nails. And its reasonably cheap pricing aswell, especially for the quality of the nails. She is amazing at what she does. I dont think anyone should listen to the other review. NO WAY would she EVER speak to her clients like that. I dont think anyone ever would because no matter how bad your clients treat you, that could still be a potential client for the future. People who say bad things about this place are OBVIOUSLY attention seeking people who chuck a tantrum when they dont get what they want! EVERYONE SHOULD GO HERE :-) You wont regret it! GO VIP NAILS

I've been to see Hang three times now and I can honestly say she's amazing! Great service, excellent value and awesome work. Hang's glitter ombre SNS nails are second to none!

absolutely terrible ill never be coming back, what nail place doesnt do acrylics honestly and its in such a bad location what nail place is in a gym thats so weird like honestly you should just close down at this point

This is a newer business in the Mawson Lakes Area. Located walking distance from the station. Clean and spacious salon, airconditioned with comfortable seating for waiting - although minimal wait time as appointments are met promptly. Usual range of nail, manicure and pedicure options available. Cash preferred. Ask for Bryan as he does an immaculate job. Usually some 2 hour parking out the front or nearby - depending what time of day you go there.

Service is a Joke here. First they apply the Shellac even before my hands are dried. Messed up everything. Had to do it again. This time they picked up the wrong colour. To make things worse, when I got home its starts to peel. And then I had to go back again. even worse the second time. I did not even get a apology...

Very happy with my recent visit. Staff are very friendly, great choice of nail colours. The shop is exceptionally clean wouldn't go anywhere else, my nails look fantastic. Highly recommended.

The SnS colour was completely different to the one I picked out, but the service was friendly so I said i didnt mind. Then I tried using a gift card, which was purchased within the year. I was told the gift card had expired 6 months after purchase, but there was nothing written on the gift card about expiry date. I paid because I felt they were causing a scene in front of people and I was embarrassed. In hindsight I was angry that I'd been publically ridiculed into paying for a service I shouldn't have. After messaging them privately afterwards I was treated rudely and they were unwilling to fix the situation.I refuse to support a company that unapoligetically misleads clients.
