Speed and Agility Coaches

These guys know how it’s done properly. There are no shortcuts. I previously had my children coached elsewhere but they were always getting injured and their performance had declined and even went backwards.Under the guidance of Steve, Catherine and Tad I noticed a remarkable change in their attitude to training. Their performances lifted through the teaching of the right techniques especially the importance of a proper warm and warm down. It resulted in making Zone, Region and State in multiple disciplines for Little Athletics last season.What I most like about the coaches at Speed and Agility is that they are actually accredited. This is important when selecting a coach. It means that they have the support and backing to deliver a world class experience, are insured and can leverage years of technical expertise. I recommend them highly and have every confidence no matter what sport my children play. Whether it be Soccer, Athletics, Basketball or Gymnastics that they have the skills and knowledge and most importantly a positive and encouraging environment to excel and enjoy themselves.If you are thinking of getting Speed and Agility training for your child or sporting team to round out their skills sets, its very hard to look past the team here.
