Doctors at Wellington point fitted me in as my normal Doctors surgery closed until 3.1.23.I had been assigned a GP however that GP didn't show therefore young male receptionist rescheduled their Calendar so I was still seen by one of the Practice team.The GP was very through in her examination of myself didn't feel like I was a tick and flick patient .Highly recommend

Dr Sangeeta is a patient focused professional. She has excellent communication skills, caring, very thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a GP.

Prompt nurse attention for our covid & flu shots. Nurse very careing & extremely polite. Front counter staff on the ball

I have been a patient of this practice for the past 5 years and I have always received the care that I expected. The doctors are lovely as is Kurt at the reception desk. My most recent visit was quite a different experience and I will not be returning to this practice again. The new reception staff were very loud and abrupt in their behaviour and conducted themselves in a very immature and unprofessional way. I was not acknowledged on arrival and I was treated with disrespect whilst spoken down to in a condescending manner on departure of the facility. I was left feeling depleted and extremely disappointed. Whilst I value supporting my local community businesses, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone whom values customer service and plain manners as a standard from reception staff.

Highly recommend Doctors @ wellington point. Dr Uthpali & staff all had very caring natures & were easy to talk to. First time at clinic & will definitely go back for future appointments. Very pleasant experience.

The staff are always polite and courteous, sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but that’s because my own doctor bulk bills and so lots of people to see

Dr Yaqub has been my GP for 8yrs, he's a brilliant doctor and I'd highly recommend him. The reception Kurt, Dawn and Kate are wonderful.
