Best experience I have had and made to feel valued with quality customer service. My fiancé and I entered this store having bought online in the past. Very tailored experience based upon our previous fragrance preferences, delivered with an excellent knowledge base and background on the perfume maker.Would recommend this experience to anyone who is looking to expand their collection. Jill was lovely and clearly shows her passion for her craft.

Poor customer service - not friendly at all. Totally agree with a few ladies below. Shop owner being selective rude to customers based on who knows what. Not only being condescending also has a problem with children. I entered the shop with excitement but left with anger. I had my friend and 4year old daughter with me, the moment we entered in the owner started to tell my daughter off on every move she makes. Although I had kept close eye onmy girl and she behaved really well but I guess the owners just doesn’t want her to be there. The poor kid. I could not take the way she talks to my girl, when said “can you make sure she doesn’t move” I said “don’t worry we are leaving” and rushed out. Will not recommend this shop at all. Unbelievable poor customer service. I end up buying my perfume from David Jones. Many more places can buy nice perfumes with good customer satisfaction.

Jill is such a nice person to talk, I was lucky to meet her in person and that one hour spend in store was such a amazing experience. She has ocean of knowledge in niche brands. Her passion abt perfumes is quite reflective. I would highly recommend this place for niche brands moreover some brands are exclusive to her boutique in Australia, wish you good luck for future, I’ll definitely visit in future

After buying online in the past, my fiancé and I made our first trip to the Peony store I can safely say it won’t be our last! Obviously, the selection of fragrances is world class, but so is the customer service provided by the owner, Jill. She’s been in the business for 19 years and it shows. Her passion and love for her craft shines through. Our intention was to purchase one fragrance, and we walked away with FOUR. A true testament to the outstanding service from Jill. Thank you for one of the best retail experiences we’ve ever had!

The staff are absolutely lovely! I had purchased a perfume and left my ID card there! They contacted me as soon as they found it and popped in to pick it up.My perfume was also spraying like a water gun and recommended I come in to show them. They said the spray was fault and had a spray so they were able to replace it on my perfume and made sure it was working as new again!I really appreciate the staff and the care they have for perfume and their customers!

I had a wonderful experience with Peony and the owner Jill. She went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding service. Her knowledge of fragrances was the best I have come across in any perfume boutique, or any store for that matter - at home or overseas. I rarely post reviews, but Jill was so helpful and kind, that I think operators like her deserve positive feedback for their efforts, as word of mouth counts.
