NuLook Floors - Epoxy Flooring Experts

We had a Nulook floor put into our 3 car garage and storage area late last year. While it looked great, we had specified a non-slip surface. The added slip resistance was very patchy and the floor was very very slippery when wet. We have all slipped and fallen multiple times. The contractor, Lee, returned to address the situation. He couldn’t explain why the anti-slip material was so unevenly dispersed and he was not able to improve it. Soon after, the floor started peeling up in multiple areas where the cars tyres rested on it overnight. Lee again returned, assured me it was easy to repair and applied some more flakes to the non-adherent area. That did not look like the original floor with no epoxy over, so it caught on the broom and mop every time it was cleaned. Subsequently much larger areas of the floor have peeled off where the tyres seem to stick to it. I have since been advised that Lee has left the company. This has all occurred within 3-6 months of the floor being laid. I contacted head office who said they would “send the complaint to the appropriate department” and were “discussing it with legal”. Despite follow up emails, there has been no response at all for 3 months. Despite the “5 year company backed guarantee” this company is not interested in its clients or in addressing a problem with its product. I don’t normally write negative reviews, but maybe they will respond more appropriately to an honest google review than to the client themselves. If not, it’s a warning to anyone looking at Nulook floors. You might be better off looking elsewhere for a reputable company that is truly interested in its clients and backs the product it supplies and the warranty it claims. I’m happy to update this review if Nulook take the matter seriously.

Bruce, Bree, Charles and John in these reviews are all fake profiles. I have never even spoken to them nor installed floors for these people. I know which competitor company in Jimboomba which leaving these fake reviews and fake quote requests. Knock it off!!

We had our 3 car garage floor coated with the Nu Flake Epoxy Coating 12 months ago. It looks outstanding and still looks like the day it was applied. It is very hardwearing and easy to clean. The standard of workmanship was of a very high standard and I would recommend Nu Look Flooring to anybody who is looking for a top quality job.

Just had our garage done by the team and it looks amazing, the staff are super professional and the product is by far the best on the market. Don’t bother with the cheaper products go straight the Nulook, HIGHLY RECOMMEND
