I would 100% not recommend this company to build your new home, it will only cause you alot of headaches and frustration.The people we dealt with during the designing process were beyond rude. Especially when they realised that we would not be using them to build our new home.We were also asked to put down a $5000.00 deposit for soil testing etc. (Which we did) even though we still did not have the property in our name and even though we said that we we were not sure if we were 100% happy with the design of the home and the price point, because of this we told them that we would be getting Country Builder's to design a home for us too and then we would decide which design and price would best suit us, we were assured that it was all going to be fine and we trusted the process. When we finally decided to not take them on as our builders......for various reasons, we contacted them to let them know straight away so we could get our refund back.It has now been over a month and still no refund we have also been pushed from pillar to post with trying to get our money returned and have come across a company of people who do not take accountability and who are not willing to simply work with us in refunding our money back, not to mention I have had to deal with a sales manager of Redink yelling and screaming at me over the phone which I find very unprofessional considering I did not give him the same disrespect I had to deal with.It is funny how they are so willing to take your money in due course but when it comes to refunding your money back to you, it becomes not that simple and very stressful.If you deal with this company and anything goes wrong don't expect them to take accountability for there mistakes instead you will just be met with tension and disregard.

Where do I start !!Very poor quality build that took over 2 years to completeSo many issues not fixed at the end of the buildAnd once we made our finally payment have not come back to repairAnd now redink staff / supervisor is claiming there was no issues even thou we have evidence .We will be taking this furtherWould definitely not recommend

biggest disappointment ever we lost alot of money because of redink.We went to the redink office to ask if they build out our area and they told us they did.So we had a look at a view designs while we where there and got a couple prices from the houses we liked.We returned home had a look at the different houses we found and found one that we really liked ,called redink up that we liked this one and if they still building out of this area yes they said so we bought the block of land cause by now redink said yes twice that they will build out here.So couple weeks went past and we got the land in our name now so we call redink up again to make appointment to sign a building contract to find out they are not building out here anymore.So now we are stuck with a block of land where no one wants to build.We are really disappointed in redink and won't recommend anyone to build with them cause you just a number with them.

We cannot recommend Steve Merrick at Red Ink Homes South West, highly enough. Steve has kept us in the loop the whole time, along with offering extensive knowledge and ideas along the way. Steve has been very helpful, with nothing seeming to be too much trouble.Thank you Steve and Red Ink Homes South West!

Just finished pre start and what a fantastic morning. The lady that helped us was very informative and made our pre start a very enjoyable process. We have built many times and so far red ink homes are ticking the boxes...

Would not recommend. Poor communication. House was handed over without working hot water. Legal documents were altered after signatures had been done. An email was sent to us by accident that was speaking poorly about us as clients. Many items left not to standard. When challenged or following up, staff have become quite rude and yelling.

I found redink to be great to deal with.Steve who signed me up was professional and knowledgeable. He was also great with advice through the build.Darren who was project manager was great. Especially when it came to me and my stupid questions.I have had a few problems with some.of the build, but redink have been professional and prompt with their response to trying to resolve the issue.Would recommend them and would also build with them again.

Could be okay? I'm busy with work, so used their website contact form to enquire about finance approval prior to purchasing and two weeks later nothing. Maybe if your not working and have spare time then you could go to them and get assistance? Redink if you don't respond to people using your website then remove the feature, mean while I will be building elsewhere!

This may sound premature but I know for a fact I'm regretting building with this company already and I'm only halfway through the build. I get emails say how the build is going yet when I go to the site the build is far from the truth. I get told the builder is currently on site but when turn up, no builder has been on site for weeks. I get told the delays are because of material shortages but the materials are on site waiting to be installed. Watch this space.
