James Lane are lean on staff, yet the available sales people (mainly Chris) are quick to assist. She in fact gave us a deal that we couldn't refuse. Material of furniture appears quite good and hopefully would last a long time.The store is designed well and it is not hard to find sufficient details of the furniture items one is looking for.

Called the Nunawading store directly after having some ordering issues online. Liam was friendly and helpful and quickly resolved my issue also ensuring storage for our order when it comes in as our house build isn’t complete yet.

Have been going to James lane for my beautiful furniture for a little while. Purchased an amazing bedroom suit and the lovely Caroline assisted me in my purchase. Caroline was so helpful and gave me a great price. Honestly out of all.the staff Caroline was fantastic! Highly rate the amazing service and quality furniture

A very good collection of furniture.Friendly staff. Prices seem reasonable.Warranty is only for 1 year. That is why I didn't shop here.

“Well deserved” the flawless rating here.They are not just friendly, helpful. More importantly, Anna (Sales Rep) has been extremely responsive throughout the process. Even after the payment was settled, she has done well beyond my expectation to ensure the installation is on time and we are happy with the product.This quality of customer service is uncommon. Five stars - I highly recommend Sue and the team at James Lane, Nunawading (and the team in Queensland).I had a small time frame to have a whole home of furniture delivered to a home in Queensland and they went over and above to have all items on delivery and installed on the day I requested.I have previously dealt with another furniture store (Lounge Lovers) and was very disappointed to say the least. The service provided to me by Sue was exemplary and I cannot recommend them more.
