Worst staff ever. Arrived to the show and headed inside, the two staff were just having their own chat while I stood there not knowing where to go. They didn’t stop to acknowledge me instead just looked and kept talking. I decided to try find which door I should go to on my own but couldn’t so headed back downstairs to see if they wanted to help now. I asked where to go and she said rudely “um upstairs” I said yes but which door and again rudely as if I was bothering her she said “ugh well what seat are you in” after about 5 rude back and forths I finally got an answer and then she went back to having a chat. Worst customer experience ever…

A really nice, clean and professional venue - I recommend sitting in the top section instead of down the bottom. It's a great view from up there. Park on the Esplanade and it's a short walk.I saw The Pulse there during the Darwin Festival.It was an awesome show! Highly recommend.

Went to listen to keynote speaker Dr Richard Harry Harris .the Australian anaesthetist who was vital in 2018 rescue of 18 young people aged 11 to 25 from Tham Luang cave in Thailand. Brilliant venue.. inspiring speaker

Darwin Entertainment Centre
I love coming here for shows and concerts, its intimate and not as hectic as the Darwin Convention Centre. It's perfect for short performances, and overal a great centre with awesome shows.There are far to many to count, but I have seen the bands Goanna and The Proclaimers here, I've seen a few comedy shows such as Jimmy Rees, Sooshi Mango, the 2023 Darwin Raw comedy festival, and the Sydney Comeday Festival a while back. Just too many events to remember. I have attached some videos of the mentioned performances. I will continue to add more as I watch more shows!Darwin Entertainment Centre is the perfect place to have a night out with friends and family.
