Every experience has been GREAT UNTIL Today the driver couldn't edfind me was late then drove up on the footpath he complained too much traffic.. In my opinion he needs another driving test??

Don’t seem to know about this thing called ‘covid safety’ for severely immunocompromised patients - I get they are a community service - but if your home care package are paying big bucks for a ride, you should be able to book a trip to the doctor without having to share a seat with a stranger & spreading omicron amongst the vulnerable - what is wrong with this sector

Did not like driver's behaviour Jack. Refused the right to sit in front passenger seat. Left me standing in the rain. Did not take me because I did not want to sit in the back seat. So I had to wait for another driver to take me which made me late for my appointment with Dr Manohar.
