Good morning Stuart, you really are the secret weapon!!As you know I was a little off track a month ago, I was stressed, not sleeping well, felt exhausted and just feeling very off. BUT one session with you, we revisited my goals, I went and updated my recording in the format you suggested, I’m back being consistent with the dear diary process and the deep internal work you did was amazing, the results were instant!
