I was having trouble with tennis elbow and my Doctor recommended heath first, so glad she did.Ingrid was great so friendly and helpful and now has me getting back on track, i can highly recommend her, also sadly i did not get the name of the lovely office lady who always sits near the window and welcomes everyone with her lovely smile

After a recent shoulder injury and operation I needed to do physio to gain max use of arm. I checked my health insurance and found Health First was a preferred Physio supplier. Made contact via web and chose my practitioner and time to attend. Reception was effective and was taken into a seperate area to discuss my needs after some muscle manipulation was given a list of exercises to do. It also included a physio app for my phone and videos and text describing my exercises. So far so good.

After being told by a specialist that knee surgery was required, physiotherapist Roleen has worked a miracle on my knee. After limping around for the last 2 years, I'm now walking without any issues and pain. I would highly recommend Roleen.

The first I noticed is a welcoming and pleasant reception staff and following the customary paperwork there was a short wait before seeing the physiotherapist. My physiotherapist listened to my current concern but then was thorough in asking about other relevant health issues. Treatment felt very appropriate to my complaint and at the end I felt so much better. Thank you all.

I have been to see several physiotherapists in Rockhampton, but it is only when I had my first appointment with Roleen that I got the help that I really needed. She was really good at listening and understanding my concerns before designing a therapy program that helped me. I had an injury that impacted my quality of life, but I am back at doing things that I enjoy. She was honest in her assessment and was effective at building patient-therapist trust. Not only is she a consummate professional, but she has a caring heart and makes her patients feel they are in really good hands. I’m really glad I found her.
