Very disappointed. Been there twice now, both times was charged more than what is advertised for nothing more. Extremely long wait periods and staff barely acknowledges you, their costumer service doesn't deserve any stars won’t be returning.

Very disappointed with the outcome, the lady was very rude and stated she isn’t good at waxing, she was very aggressive with the wax and put dye all around my eyebrows, when I asked her to fix it at the end she refused. I have no idea how a place like this can still be running

The girls here are so lovely and do such a great job. Friendly, efficient and my brows always look perfect. Thank you!

I emailed the company directly 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply. Hence my review…I visited 26/11/22 at 10:00 and asked for a Brazilian wax. Whilst I waited I watched a few ladies come in, have their threading done in the chair.One was a young girl, around 15 years. And as she went to pay the beautician said ‘$28’ the young girl looked shocked and embarrassed. But paid up and left.I then had my waxing done.The beautician was very rough and unfriendly. She used strip wax to speed up the process and damaged my skin. It caused so many ingrowns from the incorrect technique. I’ve been having regular Brazilian for over 10 years and I have never reacted so badly afterwards.As I was paying the assistant stated that my Brazilian waxing was $50. I checked the price list in front of her and showed her the $45. She then claimed that the computer system put a surcharge onto the price. I asked her to show me where this was written. She could not.She then unhappily went on to charge me $45 and said that she would only do it ‘this time’ and if I was to come back then I would have to pay the full $50. I stated that I would most definitely not be coming back.I am absolutely flabbergasted at how they can overcharge without any warning. I can now understand why that young girl looked embarrassed as she paid because they had probably overcharged her too.Where is this extra money going?! It is fraudulent.

Just over a month ago, I went to the Beauty And Brow parlour to get my eyebrows threaded. The girl did an excellent job and I paid $12 as it was stated on the price list. I wasn't aware whether shaping or tidying was done as I let the lady do her job and what she thought was appropriate so I was very satisfies.I went back today. The lady who did my brows asked me if I wanted a tidy up or shaping. I explained that the previous time I went the lady just got rid of the grown hairs below and above my eyebrow and the centre of my brows and she said okay.So then I go to pay and I had to pay $18. I wasn't made aware if there was an extra charge for shaping or tidying up and the lady told me she shaped them so there was an extra charge. If I knew that this would be the price I wouldn't go! It took less than 5 minutes and the price at the front is different to what I paid. I enquired why the price was that but she said this is what I need to pay the first time and second time it would be $12. I said that the previous time I paid $12 and she replied that it is $18. I had to then leave to catch the train but I am really disappointed in the way the service was charged and the way I was spoken to.

On the sign outside of the shop it says for eyebrow waxing and threading its $12 (which I've paid before in the past) but then on a sign inside the shop they have a n A4 photo framed message saying for shaping" its $18 dollars. Its confusing for customers.She did a good job on the eyebrows don't get me wrong

Visited this store about a year ago. I have not been game to go back to another eyebrow threader after visiting this store. The lady before me was upset because they were not listened to and their eyebrows were made too thin. My appointment with them resulted in all the right side half my right eyebrow being removed!!!! Useless.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!! When I’ve taken my teenage daughter here before it’s always been $12, today when she went by herself it was $18 for exactly the same process. Insult to injury, one eyebrow was completely different to the other! When I took her back to the store and questioned them about the price difference and why one brow was different to the other, they were so rude, kept speaking to each other in another language and rolling their eyes! Totally outrageous behaviour and not customer friendly at all!!! You get what you pay for!!! Would give them no stars if I could!

Very disappointed with the service my daughter received.Sent her in while I was doing the grocery shopping. She came back and said she had to point out the bits they needed to fix.My friend and I looked at her brows and they had missed quiet a bit.She was charged for a shape not the eyebrow threading. She only needed a tidy up.We took her back and they didn’t see a problem…. Yet it took them about 15 minutes to fix them? They have now taken a chunk out of the shape…..Will not be returning.

unprofessional & rude, stated “i don’t normallydo this” when applying wax to my face? came out with tint stains everywhere.
