Managed to grab a fantastic deal on their EOFY sale.More importantly the customer service by Nicki and Mary at the Karrinyup store was absolutely exceptional!We really appreciated all the help and advice provided by them.It was a pleasure to shop there and look forward to going back in the future.

Very disappointed with customer service.Two staff members talking in the middle of the floor, didn’t even acknowledge me at all but saw me.I had to ask for help and the lady just pointed to where the product would be.Would have purchased more, but staff were rude and uninterested in helping.
