Pure Hot Yoga

The best yoga studio I have ever been to! They are such lovely teachers who are passionate and friendly, helping people with zero/little experience, all the way through to serious yogis! Being a runner I was quite tight in my hips, but since joining PHY I am a lot looser in my hips and can feel the difference running further and not pulling up as sore! Highly recommend!

This studio is a beautiful facility with lovely teachers. I would have been happy to have taken out a membership if it weren't for the condescending and petty owner. Even though she seemed happy for her dog to run about a foyer where nobody was wearing masks (as per eased restriction guidelines), she had the gall to chastise me for having a 'loud drink bottle' and not taking my thongs off before 'BEFORE' using the bathroom. The whole experience was the exact opposite of relaxing...but it did make for an entertaining story. *This is a highly specific and very true experience. Look no further than the owner's aggressive an unapologetic reply below. This is her attitude towards people paying her money. Also, I'm sure most members have seen the little dog run around the foyer as they call the dog by name.

I have been going to Pure Hot Yoga in Bayswater since Sept 2018.I started going because my colleague told me many times to try the place put but I was hesitated for a while because of the distance (~20min away from my home) and the fear of the heat in the classesBut since I started till now, I have been really enjoying the classes. I have built strength and flexibility and improved my mental health and focus.The teachers are great and very inspirational, they make the classes so enjoyable.The facilities are awesome with showers and change rooms, which is very convenient.I have recommended this yoga centre to a lot of people.Thank you a lot for the effort of Pure Hot Yoga owner(s) to make such a beautiful yoga centre and keep it going strong.

Absolutely stunning and homely studio with a gorgeous, inclusive community vibe which is rare for larger studios in my experience. Teachers are super professional yet always warm, welcoming and down to earth and every class Ive attended has been inviting, insightful and well taught. The space is beautiful with tea and vegan jellybeans on the table, spaces to hang your coat, and individual lockers for valuables amongst the salt lamps and potted plants. The mix gendered facilities are a breath of fresh air which add to the inclusiveness of this wonderful studio.With an average of 6 classes a day I highly recommend coming for the into pass and giving this space a try.

I have tried MANY yoga studios over the years and Pure Hot Yoga is literally one of the best yoga studios in Melbourne in my opinion. Their prices are competitive, their staff are professional and the variety of yoga is amazing. Such a great business and contribution to the outer east.

A beautiful space to practice in with lots of natural light. Yoga teachers are all very experienced and provide options in every class for all levels of ability. The class types are varied and offer vinyasa flows, strength, core and restorative yoga practices…plenty of variety to choose from every day and night of the week! Highly recommend.

Excellent yoga studio. Warm and relaxing space with very professional teachers that teach a variety of yoga styles. From deep relaxing yoga to an intense workout, whatever you choose. I always leave PHY feeling like the best version of myself.

I absolutely love coming to hot yoga here. The team are so lovely and helpful and instantly make you feel welcome whether you’re a newbie or regular. The facilities are always immaculate as well! Kate and the team have created something really amazing that I haven’t experienced at any other studio. Well worth a visit.

I cannot recommend Pure Hot Yoga highly enough. Providing a most professional and wonderfully friendly and positive environment, the studio is impeccably clean and beautifully presented and all the staff are a delight to work with. I love the variety of classes provided with so many sessions available each week there's no excuse not to attend regular practice. I have gained overwhelming improvement in mind clarity and focus, flexibility, vitality and general well-being - I'm so grateful Pure Hot Yoga has come into my life.

I have been to PHY twice now. I have enjoyed both Melody's and Eva's classes enormously. The building itself is completely gorgeous but it is the people who make it a nurturing environment. I was struck with the high level of professionalism alongside a genuine human friendliness. A rare balance to find these days and certainly with such ease. The students there are the real proof I feel, giving the same genuine openness so far. I was surprised to walk away after my first class with the feeling that it was the beginning of a new chapter in my life. Class number two cemented it. The classes themselves were really great. Wonderful teachers both. I could go on.... I think I might be hooked. Ha!
