The buses are always 5-10 minutes late, outdated Myki readers, most buses only have buzzers near the front of the bus not throughout, seem to think they can operate separately from PTV's guidelines where food and drink whilst not encouraged is allowed, a few but not all drivers are rude and belligerent.

bus almost 10 minutes late than when it did get to my stop he looked at me and kept driving past. Didn’t even stop for me to get on, and they wonder why nobody touches on. Not the first time it’s happened either.

I was waiting for the 3.40 bus in Swallow Grove with my granddaughter and gave up standing in the cold at 3.52. Normally the bus passes my place like clockwork. How do they inform people of non running services, given the buses are 1 hour apart.PS: what was the result of the CCTV review on that other complaint. Open and transparent results would be handy or is it too embarrassing for LVBS.
