I usually don’t get nails done and if I have to I use another service where they would usually take time and explain and guide me as I’m not familiar with the options available. My usual salon was closed and I visited this establishment cos I was in the plaza and this have got to be the worse experience I ever had. They rushed me, was getting frustrated with me because I wasn’t understanding the girl and more over sat me done for over 2 hours on a Friday morning from 11.30. And after all that pain, they did a very bad job and when I asked the girl to clean up the mess around the nail, she told me it will go away after I wash my hands twice! That’s not what I paid for!!Also while I was waiting at few customers walked in complaining they’re nails had come off within 1 day to 1 week. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. When my friend and I arrived it was 4:50pm on the 25/08/2022There were 3 lady’s available and only 1 came over to do my friends nails, she drilled my friends skin around her nail and she was incredibly roughA lady finally came to do my nails but only put on the tips before leaving me in the chair for over an hour before someone could come and finish my nails.I got a basic design which should’ve only taken 45minsI eventually left the salon at 6:50$80 for me to sit in a chair for 2 hours with only tips on my fingers and for her to drill my nail bed (different lady)

Possibly the worst spa pedicure I’ve ever had. The nail technician did not remove all of the excess cuticle (she painted shellac on top of it), she did not cut and file my nails into an aesthetic shape, she only buffed the tops of the nails. When she painted the shellac onto my nails, she left excess shellac around the borders of my nails and on my skin. Since having had my pedicure a week ago, the shellac on several of my nails has lifted and fallen off. For $55 it’s a total rip off. Don’t waste your money.

Pros:For my birthday I decided to try somewhere new. Service was really good and they do a really nice pedicure with a massage and hot cloth.Cons:I paid 125 for mani(s&s) pedi(gel).The next day after my mani two nails cracked. After 3 days 3 and by the 5th day 7 nails were cracked and one really badly chipped.I was grateful that went back, they fixed them all. I was disappointed that for the price I paid the quality I got was not great. Also that I am a busy, working mother who made the time to go and it was hard to find the time to go back to fix them.I won't go back.

Went to go get shellac on my natural nails and told them before the appointment as well as booking an appointment. As soon as the soak off was done she instantly chopped off all my nails after I said I wanted shellac on my natural nails. Made me get tips because she chopped all my nails off to a point of no return. Then at the end charge me $75 for a service I didn’t want! I feel ripped off and I’m disgusted! After she chopped off all my nails, I told her that I wanted it on my natural then she just laughed. Very unprofessional very rude would not recommend!!!

This is the first time I have come here and I got French tips done the quality of the service and professionalism was amazing. I was greeted and assisted with straight away. The person who did my nails spoke to me and asked about my weekend it was really nice and a positive and lovely environment on top of that the nails came out gorgeous and perfect :)

Went here yesterday for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with how nice my nails turned out, the lady was very thorough with the service and took her time which was nice. Loved the hot towel at the end and the massage, however - people can tell when you’re talking about them in your language. I have arthritis in my feet and suffer from eczema on my feet and I could tell they were laughing about the skin that came off my feet. What could have been a 5 start rating unfortunately is a two. It made me feel uncomfortable.

Hands down worst salon experience of my life. The rudest staff. Zero customer service and outrageous prices for the quality of service provided. 5 star prices for 1 star service.Also if you're going to cough and sneeze all over your clients in the process of doing their nails, you could at least have the decency to communicate and not leave us sitting there with half finished nails for 3 hours and then have the audacity to charge the prices you do. The most I have ever paid for the worst job I have ever seen. Pure trash.Also, when you ask me to pick a colour it would be nice if I was shown the the assortment of colours...instead I copped an eye roll, and silence when I asked to see them.

Never in my life have I ever been to a nail salon where I was treated with such poor customer service. Not only did I wait an hour to get my toe nails done, but I was spoken down too by all of the staff. The staff were extremely rude. The lady who did my toe nails after an hour of me waiting rushed the job and spoke to me with absolutely no respect. I was supposed to get my finger nails done but I was sat down in a chair to wait another 30 minutes whilst she went off for lunch, which would have been totally understood if she had of told me that. However, she proceeded to completely ignore me. Not one other staff member aknowledged me. Once I had enough and got up to leave the eftpos machine was not working and I was then forced to wait another 15 minutes whilst the staff member reset the entire eftpos machine. I asked her if I could cash out but she made me wait. So the staff members had all the time in the world to wait for the eftpos machine to be up and running but absolutely no time to attend to me. Not to mention I was charged $75 for a pedicure. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the time, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Someone please close this business down.
