Absolutely terrible service both on phone and in restaurant. Maybe hired new staff ? But she was very rude on phone and had no etiquettes to have a conversation on phone . Very abrupt and didn’t even had the patience to take full order !In the restaurant as well they were not at all busy that she didn’t had time to listen to the full order on phone and even asking that if I needed to order more. Order was placed 30 mins ago and in the restaurant we were told to wait for ‘2mins’ which extended for 10min until being told by another person to wait for another 5 mins ! You guys need to work on your service !

Food was well over-cooked. I ordered paner tikka and other items. I drove for 40 minutes to try there food, but really disappointed. Will never go there again and will not recommend any one else to go there.

We visited Zaika recently over dinner we ordered kaju masala and kadhai paneer along with garlic nan and papdi chat for entre quality of food is really stepped up with north India dishes. Although we ordered fried rice that was quite salty and the test was not as expected as fried rice. Would love to explore more of non veg Indo Chinese dishes which lacks in Adelaide. The staff is also quite prompt and welcoming. Great service.

Lovely food!We have dined at Zaika quite a few times and we have loved the food everytime.We recently even catered from there for a lunch function, and the food was again very good and quantities were great too.Definitely recommended!!

Poor customer service and mediocre food. The waitress brought my food while talking on the phone. No cutlery was provided and I had to ask for salt and pepper. I ordered their specialty which was pepper chicken. The dish came out with large chunks of capsicums and onions some of it was raw. The pieces of of chicken were way too large for a curry. And worst of all there was absolutely zero salt in the dish, I had sprinkle copious amounts of salt from a shaker. The entree was fish Amritsari which was good enough but it had a lot of baking soda in the batter. The portion size was really good. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.
