O'Brien® AutoGlass Port Macquarie

I did not use O'Brien's services because when I tried to call the local branch to make an appointment I got diverted to some central system which said we are very busy please hold..... So I just drove directly to another supplier and spoke to a real person.

Hi, Yes we did arrive early and the technician was ready to start on our windscreen, i was amazed how quickly for him to complete the job.

On holidays from Melbourne staying in Tiona. Got a rock thrown from a truck on my windscreen, contacted my insurance (RACV) and they transferred my call to O'Briens in Port Macquarie NSW. They booked me in for Friday at 1pm to get my windscreen replaced, we got there about 12.30pm and they advised me it would roughly take about 2 to 3 hours including radar calibration . We walked to the centre of town had lunch, then around 2.30 we got a call advised us that the car is ready including radar calibration. Trouble free experience and all the paper work was taken care of. Matthew was a pleasure to deal with....

Thank you so much for your quick and efficient replacement of our front windscreen today. Dale was excellent. We pulled into the driveway at 7.50am and Dale and offside came out and greeted us with the paper work. All finished in 1 hour. Fantastic job and very professional. Very happy customers

Was booked in by staff member on a day they weren't open, was assured over the phone that i'd be contacted if they needed to reschedule. Took the day off from work, waited all day to find out I'd been refunded 3 days earlier but hadn't been contacted about it. They had my phone number, email and couldn't take 2 minutes two minutes to contact me. I just happened to go through my bank history for another reason to find out. Went through another provider who did it for me at a better cost and faster as well as at an earlier date than the next available appointment obriens had told me there was when I first contacted them. and had better communication. The other provider even called me to tell me they would be an extra ten minutes as they had to pick up a piece of glass from a shop before it shut. Was very upset by this issue.

Rang for a quote, quoted me $995 for a window replacement, I asked for copy of the quote, suddenly he drops the price to $795. So I ring a local franchise and they quote $395 for the same job. Don’t be ripped off by this mob get quotes and do your homework.

Staff at the local store seemed too busy to want to assist with booking my vehicle in for a new windscreen. Was referred to their phone booking system which was terrible. Waited numerous times for 30 plus minutes, so I left my number for a call back. During the call, after they called me back I was cut off. Once cut off no one called me back again. So waited 30 plus minutes again to get through and although the staff at the store said they had my windscreen in stock I was told they couldn't do my job for 4 weeks.
