Thanks to the expertise and care from the staff at PVS, my beloved dog was diagnosed and treated quickly for Addison's disease and continues to live his best life.

After a stressful morning at the park with my dog crying and shaking his head I called and took him to PVS and he was seen straight away. Within 5 minutes of arriving he was being treated and they had his compete history from my normal vet. He was treated with the best care and sedated to remove a very large grass seed from a tricky spot! He was given plenty of cuddles and is recovering well! Thankyou Dr Mandy and the team at PVS from Archie, Loui and myself!

These people are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY INCOMPETENT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They don't communicate amongst themselves let alone the pet owners. Get everything in writing as they sell lies and just want money. They prey on your hope for coin. Their advice is out of date and reception staff are beyond rude. Luckily my pet had insurance.Misdiagnosed blood clot as potential broken leg. The coldness of paw pads and colour change was too difficult for the team.Perth vet death specialists seemed more eager to put my pet down than actually help. AFTER some xray$ of course. Also gave my cat with cancer ring worm. Absolutely useless.Try murdoch instead. I will in future.

Awesome service by the complete group of staff, after I rushed in with my dog who swallowed a toothpick. I will definitely recommend these guys in any medical emergency with your animal companions.

Shocking experience. Robbed blind, my dog was barely assessed due to the vets fear that he might be unpredictable. (Apart from his breed, no evidence to support why this was warranted ). The Junior and Trainee vet then offered a $400-800 quote to muzzle and sedate my non aggressive dog so they could cut his duke claw. Did not notice the infection in the foot because at no stage was this looked at Did not offer pain relief on site. Sent home with no outcome, foot was not even looked at and a bill for $371. I went home , dressed and bandaged my dogs paw and gave pain relief myself that they had charged me a $120 for. I followed up with management to give feedback and they were completely bias and had no interest in listening to what I had to say regarding this experience.Absolute greed for no service in return. Will NOT be returning.

Unfortunately my dog got hit by a car and was rushed to Perth Vet Specialists, due to her injuries we made the decision to let her go peacefully. I can’t thank all of the staff that were on that night for their support and kindness, it truly made the situation a bit less awful. They also sent me a handwritten letter with her paw print which was so thoughtful and such a beautiful gesture. Would highly recommend this vet. Thank you again to all the staff for being there for me and my Olive girl that night, your kindness will never be forgotten X

Jess and her team with the oncology department honestly changed our lives. Cancer is such an unpredictable thing, at first I remember being frustrated at how vague the time frames for our boys’ survival were but in the end I came to understand that even in humans the information is the same. How your beloved friend will take to treatment is not predictable. For us, this was a gift. With Jess’ help we got a beautiful two extra years with our boy. Good years too. Most dogs would have lasted 2 weeks untreated and up to nine months with conservative treatment but Graham surpassed all expectations and was happy and thriving for an extra two years!Of course the options aren’t cheap - human ones aren’t either - we’re just lucky to have Medicare for us humans. So be prepared with your insurance or to know what might be looming as far as finances, for us, we had insurance and the gap payable was achievable. Along the journey, whilst my boy was oblivious and happy the whole way through my heart ached to know what might be looming, it’s a trying time for the whole household. Whatever course of action you take, know that you’re in good hands. It’s an unpredictable journey - in many ways, but for us, it was worth it. Jess and her team changed my life and enabled us the send off that Graham deserved. I attach a photo of our boy just two weeks before his final decline, two years post diagnosis. Happy as a pig in mud - well - a lab at a river.Take care, good luck. Trust your instincts and be kind to the people helping you.

We were so grateful we came to PVS on Saturday night when we found our strong & healthy Anna seemed under a lot of pain & distress. The nurse Tia took such good care of us in the waiting area and constantly checked on Anna’s condition when we were waiting. The vet Alexa was extremely helpful with our concerns. Her professional advice and exceptional care for Anna eased a lot of our stress.I would strongly recommend it to my friend and their beloved pooch!

11:30pm last night my little dog threw up at home and started displaying signs of toxicity poisoning. I rang PVS and they ensured me he would get seen to. On arrival I paid a $1000 deposit for the costs, and George was to stay overnight for care and monitoring. With Christmas coming up, and myself being a student, the bill was going to have a big impact. This morning I got a call to say my dog had improved overnight and had not needed the extra medical procedures in original quote, so I was refunded about $600.I am so extremely grateful. You don’t hear of this very often, it’s usually the opposite way around. They also told me George was anxious out the back and did not do well in the cage, the vet that came and brought him out had been letting him sit on her lap while she did her notes. Thanks so much for the genuine care and honesty PVS.Wishing all the staff a Merry Xmas.

The team have recently been looking after my lab, Gus! He had his final chemo session last week and is really taking to life as a Tri-Pawd! Honestly been so invaluable to have such a supportive and caring team guide us through a very traumatic process, so thank you very much and we look forward to taking him in for his check up in a month!
