WARNING - go else where. Don’t waste your time here.Never usually write reviews.But really wished Stockland Balgowlah had a better nail option to go to. It wouldn’t be hard to be better then this place.Only chose here as it looked like a big shop more breathing space especially during these covid times.Made a booking, no point in doing that.Was on my lunch break. Waited for hour with my feet just in warm water. Ended up walking outThe customer service here is non existent.These ladies obviously need to get paid more to actually care about their job.Must have terrible management/owners.Both times I have tried here has not been a good experience. Definitely won’t be coming back. Should have learn’t the first time.

My daughter Pearl was very pleased with her experience at L' amour Nails. The nail technicians are quite gentle and pay the utmost attention to detail. She is now a repeat customer and really rates their customer service and the care they take.

It is a great salon and the girls are extremely attentive to what you want and need. However, my only complaint is that the wait can be long if you don’t have an appointment due to being understaffed at times (15 minutes) but I must say it is worth especially how well my nails last and look.

Love love love this salon! I’ve been coming here and so has my family now too for the past 3-4 years for everything from my nails to my waxing and even their other store for my beauty treatments! Everytime I try somewhere else like in the mall I always regret it or think why did I even bother?? Whereas here the service is always on point as well as the quality of the work! And no one can make your nails last like these girls!!! One time I had a chipped nail and they fixed it straightaway! Yes there is sometimes a long wait if you don’t have an appointment but that’s because they are the best of the best considering how reasonable the price is too. It’s convenient inside a shopping centre too where you can shop around for clothes and groceries if you’re told you have to wait or to come back. 5 Stars everytime :) ❤️❤️

I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family. They took an over an hour to just removed my acrylics. The lady told me she would not charge me, I get up to leave she’s wanted to charge me $23! For just removal! I explained to her I’m not paying $23 dollars for removal when she said to me at the start “no charge” she continued to argue me and raised her voice. Not to mentioned she cut my finger. The tools they use is very unhygienic and gross. Never go to this salon absolute disgrace. If you want to get your nails done there is a fabulous salon near the escalators that provides wonderful service and reasonable prices. To the women who raised her voice, I truly hope you read this message.

I have been a customer of L’mour for nearly 10 years and have only ever had a positive experience. Vivienne and her beautiful team are always friendly and care about the service they give. They have a very broad range of services which makes it my go to one stop shop for all things beauty! I live their newly refurbished and expanded space it’s a very calming atmosphere to enjoy your treatment in! Highly recommend!

4.8 starsThis salon is highly reputable along the northern beaches and I can agree wholeheartedly that they are that amazing when you actually get serviced from nails, waxing and lashes.cons: prepare to wait.I guess the saying if you want the best you have to wait because they are always so busy for good reasons too especially during peak seasons but I promise you it will be all worth it and no one makes your nail last like them, I’ve made the mistake going elsewhere [never again]I’ve seen how so hard these girls work to fit everyone in non stop with no breaks and some customers are just so rude and entitled so if you’re not willing to wait then go somewhere else so the ones who are there to relax can be at rest.
