These guys are so lovely. We have had 2 cats coming here. Our second cat is super scared of coming, previously being a stray. When it was time to put her in the box she freaked out and just would not go in! I called and the staff were super flexible, gave advice about how to get our cat comfortable, and helped us cancel and reschedule without a problem. The crew are also extremely helpful with ordering in products including Feliway and special kidney food. When our first cat passed away they were very helpful and compassionate. Highly recommend these angels.

Very caring and great service. Really clear instructions for my cat's ongoing treatment. Also didn't take long which is great. This was my first time visiting a vet since I was a kid with the family dog and I don't know how much vets usually cost but I was bracing for a lot more so the price seemed reasonable to me, as well

Great experience. I had to book my cat at the last minute as I was going overseas. They were accommodating and gave him all his shots.Definitely in safe hands. Happy to have found a great vet near to where I live.

Nice receptionist. But vet service was very disappointing. Maybe I got the vet on their bad day, but it's no excuse. I took my cat here for his yearly vaccine and checkup but the checkup was poorly done. The vet, who I met for the first time today, didn't weigh my cat (even though he's had vomiting issues and they know this because it's in his record), or palpate the tummy or look at his ears/buttocks/paws. She just looked at his teeth(only the sides) and had a 5 second listen to his heart and lungs. I had to ask the vet to do a basic weight for monitoring and to palpate my cat's belly to make sure he didn't have any abdominal masses. She didn't ask me how his eating habits have been, bowel habits, or when his last vaccine was!!! She just gave the vaccine and hurried us out. So disappointed. My poor cat deserves better =( why was the care factor so low? Why be a vet if you don't care and don't give your best effort for your patients?

I came in here for a routine check for my cat and even though the wait was a bit long it was worth it. The veterinarian who attended my cat took his time to carefully check him even though he wasn't sick and it was just a routine check. Good value for the money too.

The nurses at this practice are amazing.The vet’s communication and care was poor. This occurred at a stressful time for me with a recent bereavement so had a real impact. My dog remained in pain a further two days before I took her to the Advanced vet care where she saw an amazing vet and now she is back to normal after receiving treatment!I will move our routine vaccinations/care to another clinic.

Adam is a brilliant vet. Genuinely passionate about cats and a fount of knowledge. Highly recommend this vet clinic.

Was a new client to this vet clinic as we just moved to a new place. Came with a vomiting problem and ear infection issues. Told the vet that he hates getting his ears touched as we were trying to get a sample from his ear. The vet asked us to bring him to the back so the nurse could help him. In the end they couldn’t get the sample and said he might need to be sedated to get the sample as he won’t let anyone touch his ears, which we can understand. We walked out and paid the fees only to realise that my dog has scratches on his face. We walked back in trying to figure out what happened. The nurse said that they had to try to put a muzzle on him as he was trying to bite. He never bites, and as precaution I’m supportive for the nurses to put it on to protect themselves. What I really disappointed about was that the nurse manager basically said it to our face that our dog wasn’t the best dog, and that they didn’t even mention it to us what happened inside that he ended up with scratches on his face. Mentioned that all the scratches were from our dog trying to take the muzzle off. Why not stop him? They did not apologize nor try to explain it to us, but instead put a blame on our dog for being a bad dog. Not professional at all.

Brought in my British bulldog Chester who has a plethora of complicated chronic skin and eye issues - doctor Dean went out of their way to plan thorough treatment, diagnose and educate me on a the best course of action to tackle theseThis is the first vet that has taken the time to treat Chester’s condition properly without doing rushed appointments and attempting quick-fixesThe level of care and knowledge was amazing and already Chester’s quality of life has improved greatly. I appreciate the team here so much!
