I have been attending Krav Maga classes here for the past 3 months. The instructors and the senior students are probably some of the best people by far I have trained with, I have been with another school and this one is by far the best so far. They are very knowledgeable and humble people. Most importantly there always an instructor there. It is a great place to learn and each class is awesome.The other Masters at BTC along with the staff a really friendly and super helpful. I recommend BTC even if you are not interested in Krav Maga, they have plenty to offer and plenty to teach. Definitely recommend and if I could these guys a higher review I would.

My experience with BTC is poor. The communication with office staff is frustrating, their phones are always busy. Once you sign their contract agreements they don't want a bar of you.They are more concerned about making money then the kids. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

I've always had great experiences here from the really knowledgeable instructors to the friendly admin guys.

They only care about taking your money, tore my acl and only attended 1 session. When I cancelled my membership they wanted me to fork up 2 grand to pay out the rest of my member period.

BTC has been like a second family for me for the past five years or so. From the team at the front desk to the instructors who make every class fun and interesting, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. I'm fitter now and more confidence in being able to defend myself than I've had at any time in my life.

Very disappointing experience. Highly overpriced and the customer service is horrible. As a member you won't even get anyone on the phone and when asking to train for 3 weeks I have been advised to pay for 3 whole month up front (around 800 dollar). The communication was rude and disrespectful and I can highly recommend Marshall arts Queensland instead who actually treat you like a human being when charging this kind of money.What a joke.

Dear Adam, we thoughly enjoy our lessons with our kids but find it extremely frustrating to deal with emails and an answering service that is obviously not office based. I would encourage you to support local and employ some local administrative staff to help with our queries.

Locked in for 12months at unlimited classes rate when I want to drop down to 1-2 class per week, need to work on fitness as well as technique so grading doesn’t wreck me. Not a one stop shop here. Experience really disappointing.
