A friend of mine had her hair done but left looking worse than she did going in. Had foils done, but ended up looking like a tiger. The foils were no where near the scalp, chunks of colour and not trimmed properly. She is so upset, as this was a birthday treat. Now she has to spend more money to go elsewhere to get her hair fixed.

Do NOT go here for lash extensions. Lashes fell out after just a few days and the owner refused to give a refund (I was there on holidays and had left so wasn’t able to go back to have them fixed). Absolutely terrible!

Owner was lovely but probably won’t return again for lash service.70% of the lash came off the next day.Bad retention, pre made fan use, attach too close to the eyelid with the end of the fans irritating the lid, end of fans isn’t attach to individual lash closely either.

Purchased voucher via Groupon for services. Rang several times to book an appointment and they never replied. rang and got through day after voucher expired and they answered. Said can’t honour voucher because expired yesterday. Be careful before you buy

I had the best experience, I am on holidays from Sydney and wanted to get my hair styled, hairdressers were so friendly, kind, made me feel relaxed and welcome, my hair turned out amazing, absolutely highly recommend this salon!!

Great little salon. Frienly owner who listens to clients needs. It's been a week now since lash extensions were applied and happy to say they are still on.. they are thin and lightweight. If you're in the gold coast then give this lovely salon owner a go shes hard working and passionate.
