Way overpriced. Charged $65 for acrylic INFILL when last time I went was $50. The little money hungry man at the front was disgruntled because I didn't want a pedicure as I sat there for 2 hours because the lady couldn't get a simple french outline design right. That was a extra $25. One is peeling already! Not happy. Total price of $90 for a disappointing result. Take your money elsewhere.

Slightly overpriced at $30 for a normal polish manicure, however the presentation of the store and attitudes of the staff was pleasant and I agreed to get it done. The nail tech was knowledgeable and efficient however she did nip a few of my fingers a few times with the cuticle cutter. I understand that accidents can happen however she did not acknowledge it nor apologise, which I was extremely disappointed about, not to mention that these kinds of cuts tend to get infected and inflamed very easily since we use our fingers for everything.

I’ve tried out a bunch of different nail places around the Inner West, and this is hands down the best one I’ve been to (I usually get gels, but have also been to them for acrylics and a basic manicure). The prices are slightly higher than other nail places, but the little bit extra is absolutely worth it for the service and result you get. What makes them stand out is, the amount of time and care they put into your manicure - they meticulously clean and prep your nails before they get started, and take the time to do all the little things that keep your nails looking good for as long as possible. All the staff are really lovely and accommodating, and it’s a very calm environment. It’s a really nice little self care moment every few weeks.

I did a walk in appointment into Depot Nails today for shellac infills. I was asked to wait 5mins and given colours to pick. I was seated very shortly after and got my nails done. The girl who did my nails was MY snd did a really good job and listened to all of my requests and they turned out perfectly. She wasn't rushing and took her time to make sure they were perfect. Really happy with the outcome and would attend again. Only catch was $10 additional charge for alternating colours, however pay in cash and you get a $10 voucher for next spend.

Disappointed, clumpy nails i kept telling the lady to fix it and said its the shape of my nail. Lady !!! Its not my nail its my first time getting nails. I have had nicer nails for $35 even though i paid $50. Its was just irritating when someone is not listen to your concern. I guess never again here.

Paid $75 for a manicure and a pedicure with gel polish on toenails. The lady who did my hands didn’t even spend more than 10 minutes on my nails, as evidenced by the photos. She asked if I wanted to have them shaped, I said yes. She just cut them and then proceeded to pretend file and buff my nails. My nails feel rough to the touch. This establishment is not in the business to look for loyal clientele but just in it to profit off of customers by providing subpar services at exorbitant rates.10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.Highly doubt the ladies who work here had proper training for the work they are supposed to be doing. Well, lesson learned. $75 charged to experience.

Did not have a great experience. Went in with my mother over the weekend, I had a woman's check up the next morning I forgot about, as we were already in Broadway shopping, decided to go there spur of the moment. We were lucky we could turn up and get in straight away, I will give them that.I can say it had been a whole year since my last Brazilian so was not a quick clean up. My usual place, she is a lot more caring as in she does not rip it off. This lady was very nice but she was just applying and ripping it off with absolutely no care. After I finished it was so red and sore pretty much the whole day. I had to ask her to apply some cooling gel or moisturizer as the wax residue was still there when I finished. As I came out to pay, my mother got a brow, lip and chin wax, upon closer inspection I could still see there was a chin hair visible that was not taken out. I advised the gentleman at the counter who had an inspection and apologised advising it is just from the wax, I looked again and the chin hair was still visibly there. I advised him again, he called the girl who did the wax job over and she had a look and removed further wax left on the chin. I had a look again and had to point to her the chin hair before finally they could spot it and remove it!Disappointed to say the least, upon closer inspection of my Brazilian and there were a couple of spots missed!Price was quiet dear and the fact I had to inspect, point out, ask and to have wax still sitting there after the job was complete, was an absolute disappointment as the exterior and staff look friendly and clean.Safe to say I will not ever be going back here again, just leaving feed back as I always have a look at this when looking for a place to attend. I guess the fact that I needed this done quickly and had not gone to my usual (in Revesby which is a treck I was pushed for time and not bothered) this taught me that I should never go anywhere without doing my homework first or looking at the reviews.Quality and care below par! Price and service did not in anyway align.

Very poor and unprofessional service.Did my eyelash infill for the first and of course the last time there because I was in rush and my usual eyelash place was fully booked. Asked for russian volume as I always do, they did a normal volume but charged twice more than my usual one and they did not even do russian volume. They lady was so so so so slow and unprofessional. The prepration only took her about 20 mins to put the eye patches and tapes around my eyes and at the end she pulled out my eyebrows with the tape she pressed over my eyebrows. Took forever for a very expensive and poor service. Every place out there, they move themselves to find their best position but this lady would move my head around to find the position for herself with the fact the head doesn't move all the directions!! She asked me to put my shoulders on the pilow as well as my head and now I have sore back due to her unprofessionalism. The worst experience EVER.

Just came to get a shellac infill, before we started I let the lady know that 2 of my nails were crooked that was done by a different shop and if she could fix it. I could immediately tell she was annoyed and she didn't answer me. One of her colleagues walked by, she proceeded to talk with her behind my back about my request to fix the crooked nail and that she was annoyed. Little did she know, I am from the same background, and could completely understand what they said about me. She was telling her friend how annoyed she was about my request to fix the crooked nail. This is highly unprofessional and rude. On top of that, I came in with almond shaped nails. I was charged an extra $10 dollars just for an apparent special shape" (which no salon I've ever been to charges extra for a certain shape) even though I already had the shape to begin with. Considering the prices were quite high (the infills were $55 plus $10 for "special shape") compared to other places. $65 for a shellac infill with no repairs and the exact same almond shape plus being spoken behind my back is completely ridiculous and disgusting. Do not waste your money on this place."
