Awful company. Failed to provide a course paid for. No refund. Osstem Melbourne Rep promises everything but delivers nothing. Everyone in the company says they don't deal with refunds. Keep promising to contact back but no one does. The company doesn't seem to have anyone in charge.

Low quality dental chair that had issues since day one . wasted my money over this chair and their general service including call out fees is very expensive .

I have been dealing with OSSTEM for over 5 years. I bought 5 of their chairs. Chairs are one of the most affordable in the market, yet they look expensive. Very sturdy, low maintenance. I also use their implant system which is an amazing easy to use system. They have great reps here in NSW. My current rep, Juno, I have been dealing with him for almost two years now, he is basically there for me 24/7! He will reply to my messages wether it's a weekend or a holiday! Very knowledgeable and very helpful.. Would highly recommend OSSTEM and Juno...
