EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the unprofessionalism of this company! If I could rate ZERO I would! POOR customer service has left us with screens needing replacing.AVOID!!! Install at own risk!!!

The lady that deals with spare parts for shower screens is completely useless and externally rude and arrogant. They like to take payment without supplying any form of a receipt and they love to blame Australia Post for you not receiving your parts when they clearly forget to post it.

I recently had cabinetry completed in my bedroom en suite. Some rectification was required after initial installation. I wish to commend Sean from Crystal Home Concepts for his absolute professionalism, patience and determination to ensure the job was completed to my high expectation. What a gentlemen and a tradesperson with finesse. Thank you so much Sean. - FIONA

Very disappointed STAY AWAY FROM THEM- our shower screen installed by crystal exploded within 4 years due to an unknown reason. When I called last week Tuesday they demanded for an upfront payment and assured that technician will be booked straight away after the payment. I paid on the day itself after receiving the invoice but they disappeared & there was no communication from their side. On Friday I sent follow up email- once again no response from them. I waited till Monday afternoon & decided to call. Lady I spoke to was different to the one I was dealing with. She was very unhelpful, arrogant, unprofessional , had no idea of customer service & said she doesn’t know anything about the booking and the other lady is on leave till Thursday and hung up the call. When I called back she was not interested to talk to me and didn’t give a damn about the situation and hung up once again. I then called again and this time their accounts team answered & I provided the feedback and requested her to escalate this to their managers. Yesterday morning I received an email from their reception lady stating that the technician is booked for Friday morning and to confirm asap. I responded back and said that’s fine. Within next couple of hours their operations manager called and said that I can’t proceed with your job and you can take refund. When I asked the question why? He stated that his staff lady complained against you and I have to action the complaint. I said so does that mean you made a decision by listening to the one side of the story - to which he responded YES. Their manager makes decision without investigating or listening to phone recording. Whatever his staff fed him- he believed and pretty much wasted our 10days and made us feel unwanted. Very unprofessional company who has no care about their customers at all. Rubbish customer service

We just finished our second build. We needed a rush with a few products for us to get our house handed over and move in, in time for xmas. Crystal Home Concepts went above and beyond to install our showers and mirrors way ahead of schedule and did a wonderful job. Very appreciative of these guys and the interaction we had with them. Highly recommend

I wish I was able to give 0 stars. This company is terrible, our shower screens exploded and I called them for assistance. The lady on the phone who works in the warranty department was rude, argumentative and dismissive. They provided 0 solutions. Beware of this horrible company, trash materials and terrible attitudes!

We sought quotes from other companies for the installation of a frameless shower screen. Crystal had the best deal and most knowledgable customer service. We are extremely happy with the finished outcome and will definitely use Crystal again without a doubt!

Not deserving of any stars. Shoddy job installing shelves which collapsed. Shelves held up by glue and a few very weak bend with your finger" nails. No contact following email and voice mail message. Completely unaccountable. Now have to pay someone else to fix. My warranty does not cover the shelves as they were done out side the contract."

After ordering a replacement wardrobe in February, communication was poor and inconsistent. I paid $350 and received no communication to confirm they would be coming or when. When I finally heard back from them, they gave me 12 hours notice to when they were coming to install - I took the day off work to wait for them (it was urgent as I was a tenant and about to move out). They never turned up, I never heard from them and they didn't respond to my emails or phone calls. It took 2 months for the door to actually be delivered and installed after being ignored via email. The wardrobe door was finally delivered but it was the wrong size... They tried again, a month later, still - the wrong size. They tried a THIRD time and still the wrong size. They were rude, unapologetic and completely incompetent. It is now JULY - 5 months since my payment and order and STILL no door. They have made no effort to be in touch to let me know the status of my order. When I call they are unapologetic and have taken no innovative during this experience. Highly incompetent and unprofessional company.
