Very prompt and professional customer service! I was left very satisfied as Sam was able to assist with my limited electrical knowledge.

Very rude staffs. We were there 15 mins before they closed and they advised us we need to come back another day as they are closing. And when we drove out, the same two staffs were yelling at the parents outside their car parks as these parents were dropping off their kids about 4-5 years old. Shame on TLE.

What awesome customer service today! I was served by Nocky, who after recognising that I was seeking to purchase and replace a product which a sparky installed, he asked some probing questions and after he called up the supplier, it turned out it was under warranty.As he described the process of going through the sparky and obtaining an invoice to claim the warranty, he could tell I was considering just purchasing the thing to save the hassle. At this point he went through the checks to see if the sparky was registered with them and whether he could assist in making the process as easy as possible for me and followed through.Regardless of saving a couple of dollar, this is the customer service we seem to miss these days, where organisation process seems to trump customer experience more often than not.

Not pleasant experience. we went there for led light. The staff told me that no exchange or refund as this is i quote, trade cash sale. I m surprised but ok with that. Then asked him how long is the warranty, he asked his senior and replied there was no warranty, as it is made overseas. Honestly it is first time I have such answer in Aussie. And also the price is 30% higher than the nearby store. Looks like they don't care the sales and customer at all...

Bad customer service experience. They always tried to blame you even if they realized it was their issues. DO NOT GO THERE.

Very happy with the service I received today. Nocky was very helpful in finding a replacement for my discontinued power switch. Quality is much better than the Bunnings one.

Went to purchase a power switch, should have been a quick off the shelf purchase 15min before closing shop. The worker there was placing the barricades up already, no Hi or acknowledgement said directly they were not trading today. It was raining heavy so got back in the car disappointed. TLE Artarmon website did not advise their consumers they were not trading for the day. Phoned TLE Artarmon when in car & I advised I was just at front and I was advised you were not trading today? The man over the phone said yeah that was me! My feedback was to let people know via the website -“No Trade Today” rather than waste peoples time! Very rude, not a way to do business in an competitive market -perhaps train your staff on good customer service - after all that is whom makes the business?

Great place to source household light bulbs. Nocky, ably assisted by Liam was most helpful in locating LED alternatves for a number of different light fittings.
