Did a fantastic job correcting our shed floor and laying the new epoxy floor absolutely love it

This company is absolutely fantastic. Our outdoor entertainment area concrete floor was coated by them years ago. A couple of minor cracks/blemishes appeared and I wanted to get them tidied up. Knowing it was past any point of being under warranty, I contacted Clayton. He remembered doing the job and wanted to make sure it stayed looking great. As soon as he had a chance he was here fixing up the minor issues out of the goodness of his heart. It now looks amazing again! His professional manner, prompt and quality follow up service will have me highly recommending him to friends and family. Thanks Clayton! Much appreciated!

I am most unhappy with the result of our epoxy flake flooring and the enduring battle that followed. I originally contacted the Nulook Flooring head office to find a local installer here in Adelaide. They had their local representative at the time contact me. He quoted the job, he did the job and I paid him for the job. He wore a Nulook uniform and drove a van branded with Nulook branding. He never issued me with a receipt. He had to come back and reapply clear coat to areas of the floor he missed in his first two coats. After just a year, the coating including the colour, started lifting where the cars were parked. In other areas of the garage the the clear coat on top peeled off in slabs when mopping the floor with just a mop and water. On external areas of the garage doors the coating yellowed. This was despite being advised that the product that was suitable for outdoors. One of their representatives who was sent to look at the job after I logged a complaint agreed it was a poor job and said that they had several jobs performed by this particular installer that were problematic. Head office blamed the problem on the previous Franchise who laid the floor and who was not longer part of the group. The floor would not replaced or repaired at their cost as it was the responsibility of the franchise who no longer represented them. At one stage they said they would repair the parts where the wheels had lifted, but not touch the rest of the floor. I tried several times to reach out to have this work done with no return calls.Note: I understand the representative that did my floor no longer works for the business. They have new installers here in Adelaide. I cannot comment on the quality of their work. However I don't believe NuLook flooring who issued the guy that did my garage with a franchise and sent him to my place to do my floor have acted fairly in dealing with the awful job that was undertaken.A further note: Despite what they tell you, in my experience Epoxy flooring does lift where you drive and park your car. It does yellow and deteriorate in the weather.
