Joined the library today for first time.Great range of books/DVDs in a very pleasant, easy to navigate setting.Well set up for people with mobility issues like myself.Staff were very pleasant, informative and helpful.

A beautiful, modern, and useful library, spacious, and has plenty of power points and seats, the staff is very friendly and happy to help.Also, the kids enjoy the library as well, if you are a person who likes more quiet space, then bring your earplugs just in case.

The new library is stunning. Plenty of nooks to hide away in or quietly read or study. There is a small cafe and adjoining gardens. It is purposeful in its inclusivity.Parking is best from Kepler st, but can be limited when the TAFE is busy. Try the Ozone Car Park if you don't mind a short walk.

Quite an amazing place, yummy coffee & cake. So love how the areas are all sorted, for kids, teens, adults. Well done & such amazing little cubby holes tonsit & read or.just enjoy the view. The staff are soo helpful, even with my silly questions. Do so enjoy spending time there,

This is an updated review: Wow, the library looks amazing with the colours chosen, more space than the previous library so it's an easy 5 stars from me.

A great improvement on the old library and a very inspiring environment for research. It could be improved with some recycling bins and hand sanitizer facilities. Staff were helpful and attentive as usual

I have not been into a library in a long time I'm glad I went into Warrnambool library the girls there were very helpful as I'm partially blind and they come and helped me out it was brilliant more people should be like that in library's thank you

It's a nice place during the week but then Saturday rolls in and the older kids start pushing the toddlers off everything in the kids section and some parents make it clear that the only reason they had them is due to societial pressure not because they actually care which makes you want to cry for the children affected.
