Hi, I found Phoeobe to be polite, informitive and professional. While we could not get what I was after to to a change in policy from the manufacturor the team did work quiet hard at sourcing what I was chasing and their advice was quiet useful. The team at AIC is professional, prompt, and highly respectable. They offer solutions for all your importing needs from A-Z. They will answer all your questions and help you with necessary communications with suppliers and wholesalers for a smooth ordering process. They have made it very easy for us to liaise with our suppliers, even when there was a language barrier. They are incredibly knowledgeable and will make any director's life easier as they deal with the stresses and logistics of prototyping, importing, and shipping. Phoebe and Ian were very warm with their reception and understanding of the issues/concerns that revolve around the questions businesses ask when attempting to find feasibility and the method in manufacturing.They worked dilligently with their contact overseas and were diligent in providing important figures and information in regards to cost, realistic pathways forward and in my situation, providing cushion in terms of delayed roadmaps and restructured priorities.
