Not only is this a wonderful and modern workspace but the team that look after the building are exemplary in the customer service that they provide. The service that Palesa and Nela give on a daily basis has got to be one of the best that I have experienced. They run a tight ship in demanding workspace but your always greeted with a smile. Great place, great team, would always recommend.

I had an appointment with an ACT government department that lease a couple of floors in the building and asked the staff at reception if I could use the bathroom. Their response was 'we don't have anything to do with them, you will have to ask them when you get up there'.Sorry but I thought this was co-work space.I was not impressed and neither was anyone that I have mentioned this to.

I was introduced to Wotso a few years ago when a web developer colleague ran a lunch and learn here and invited me. As soon as I walked in and got the tour I fell in love. While COVID lockdowns delayed my chance to join, the two years since have made up for it. I'm way more productive here than I am at home, and the thoughtfully-curated space puts you in the zone with ease. Plus there's a community feel with the events and challenges they run, and it's so easy day-passing at their interstate offices. Freelance life can be really lonely, so I'm so glad I found this place!

The office is a highly distracting environment. Full of loud noise — it’s hard to be productive here. Also they charge you $40 if you lose your plastic building pass. Shop around for other venues.
