Went out to visit the showroom yesterday and Stevie_Rae was amazing she is a real asset to this business absolutely very knowledgeable about products.

We stumbled into Polytec after a disappointing tile selection session with another business which left us questioning whether to bother continuing with our plans to build a new home (we've already signed contract and paid $ but not started construction, so this was a pretty negative and desperate day).Thank goodness for Meg at Polytec.Bright, cheerful, honest, professional, talented, open and willing to share her knowledge, Meg gave us answers to our (simple) questions, which our builder won't respond to until we have a 'colours' session in 3 weeks time.We showed her some photos of our ideal kitchen and she pulled out door samples with the right profiles, 3 different samples of the shades of the dark blue we're aiming for, and talked about a range of issues that we need to consider, giving us options.She also introduced some new products and explained how we could incorporate them into our new home.Thank you Meg. Its a pity you can't be cloned. I'd have loved to have you on our team for tile selections!For other customers: if you're doing tile selections upstairs, make sure you pop in to see the polytec showroom tucked away behind the cafe. There's a terrific range on display and really helpful staff.

We went here today unsure of colour selections for our kitchen. Stevie is the absolute bomb! Their design knowledge, capacity to listen andability to understand a client's brief and overall vision is incredible.. We have come out beyond excited at what our new kitchen is going to look like feeling it will be exactly what we wanted.. thankyou Stevie your energy, passion and good humour is so refreshing in the design industry you have given us so much confidence.
