Happy with the result, chose the full grooming (de shed) service for my Border Collie. Haircut was great and exactly how we wanted it. Unfortunately main reason why we didn't give you a 5 star is because upon picking up my dog, his paws was still bleeding because they accidentally cut the nerve on one of his nail. Result of this; is I had to clean up the boot of my car and now the floor of the house as he is still bleeding 20mins post groom. I would appreciate if the lady apologize for what happened but instead she repeatedly said his nails were too long". Just not acceptable from a customer service point of view and display a lack of empathy. The only reason why I didn't escalate this further earlier was the fact there was a nice family with their kids waiting to pick up their dog and I was courteous enough not to make the family feel uncomfortable. Moving forward please upskill your staff on customer service on how to own up if there were a mistake being made by sincerely apologizing. Also if you suspect the bleeding will continue (which it did as mentioned above) perhaps offered a bandage for it to be wrapped around to prevent further bleeding. Thanks"

Bonnie, our Yorkshire Terrier, looked so different but so gorgeous when I picked her up.She had never been to a professional groomer before but she (and they) handled it beautifully.

Efficient booking system.Does a good job with my spoodle. They can accommodate keeping my pooch a little longer if I'm stuck at work.

I had been looking for a good groomer for a long time. I have constantly been disappointed by places. My experience at Dog and Groom has been nothing but positive. My miniature schnauzer’s (Archer) haircut is PERFECT and he comes home always happy. I’m getting compliments about his haircut again! That hasn’t happened for ages. Could not recommend this place enough.

Great experience bringing in my dog Bella. It's a nice place with friendly staff and I felt very comfortable leaving her there. They also followed my request to keep tail and face hair short, which some other palaces ignore. Highly recommended.

Went there today with my German Shepherd Lara. Had the full treatment very happy with the result. Rachel is a very lovely and friendly person, who obviously loves her work and dogs. Would highly recommend this business.

Thought we’d try a new place close to home for our dogs cut. Asked for his coat clip short with a nice fluffy blended round face which we usually get from another place. What I got is a uneven choppy square face that’s not even blended and his face wasn’t even washed throughly. When I went to pick him up I was so disappointed and I asked if they could fix it and blend it out but stillleft with a square, choppy uneven cut. The staff are nice but I paid $85 for this cut whereas the other place is $75 and more professional with their cuts. Won’t be coming back or recommending this business.
