Great store with trustworthy employees. Overheard a staff member calling a customer who had forgotten some personal belongings to come and collect them. Store set up is good too, colour coordinated.

Can grab some good bargains here but the staff are never friendly. Behind the counter, As soon as the transaction has completed, they go back to talking to each other, so I never get a “thanks” or “have a good day”

Extremely rude & sour faced staff.Everything is ridiculously way overpriced.Everything is donatated so I'm guessing if the staff sort through they will pocket valuable items.

Very large store. Very clean and neat and tidy. Huge range of produce. Was a bit pressed for time so didn't get a really good look around. I did buy a couple of toys for my grandson though. Very friendly, helpful staff. I will go back and have a proper look around.

Bit of a hidden gem in the thrifting community. I have found some absolute gems in here the past and occasionally they get the odd piece of mid century furniture which is cool. I'm mostly giving this a 4 stars because it's in the bell street mall which is one of the worst places I can think of visiting in the northern suburbs.I've never had any issues with the staff, they always seem friendly enough.Worth a look only if you're in the area.

Excellent customer service, Brad the new manager was soo helpful not only gave me a very good price on items but also tested out the ab machine and helped put it in my car! Legend! Will be back again for sure. Thanks Vinnies Heidelberg and especially Brad!
