Little Gems Child Care & Early Learning Centre

My daughter started at Little Gems when she was 7 months old around 3.5 years ago. We were welcomed with smiling faces and great enthusiasm. My daughter fitted in so well and we just felt immediately like part of the Little Gem family. At the time, my husband was in the Defence and I was heartbroken having to take my daughter out and move to another state when she was about 18 months old. Fast forward by 2 years, I was so excited to be moving back home and my daughter got to go back to her little Gem fam. Everyone remembered her and she just fit right back in as though she had never left. Her little brother joined in too at Little Gems and started in the Toddler room. He has built his confidence and is developing into a sweet, loving care little boy with his wonderful carers support. They are truly treated like one of their own children.Highly recommend Little Gems Albany Creek x

We have been at Little Gems for 4 years and over this time we have always seen our children being loved & nurtured by the amazing staff. This year we had our youngest in the nursery and our middle child in kindy at Little Gems and despite all the uncertainty of 2020, our children have felt confident and secure in their daycare environment all year! Thanks to the amazing educators and kindy program, our kindy boy is definitely Prep ready". I only wish we had known about Little Gems for our eldest!"

I can not speak more highly about every single staff member at Little Gems. It was so daunting sending my son to daycare for the first time and everyone made the transition for both me and my son so easy. Kellie is a breath of fresh air at the front desk and her welcoming, friendly and positive attitude sets the tones for the rest of the centre. The educators are one in a million and I am so thankful that I have such wonderful people to educate and guide my son through this important chapter of his life.If I could give a million stars I definitely would!!

If the option of 10 stars was available than that is exactly what Little Gems would receive!The structure they have in place is perfect our kids absolutely love going to day care and are always wanting to go back! The staff go above and beyond and even better we can physically see our kids are getting a great education and start in life from the team as their behaviour and improvement each day is showing and hearing about all the things they do all day and the new things they have learnt!.Not to mention the state of the art playground they have spent endless hours building for all the kids to have an absolute blast in everyday.

My Husband and I are so glad we chose Little Gems for the babies. They both love going to kindy and all of the staff are great and caring. You can really see how much they love their jobs and the kids. Little Gems definitely made it easy for me to return to work. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a daycare centre. They go above and beyond.

Little Gems is a brilliant centre that does an amazing job of providing a safe and loving environment for the children in their care. Picking up our daughter is lengthy process whilst she runs around and hugs every one of her educators including those from previous years and the staff in the front office. The fact that she wants to stay and play speaks volumes about the centre and the service they provide.

We are extremely happy with Little Gems! After moving from Sydney to Brisbane and having had a really bad experience, we cannot fault the team at Albany Creek. The staff are always so friendly and caring and take such great care and respect with our daughter. They treat her as if she were their own child. Our daughter has the most amazing time going to school and has made tremendous progress in her development on so many levels. The amount of care and detail the girls spend with the children is absolutely amazing! Thanks so much to Hayley and the wonderful staff. You are all amazing and always so friendly and helpful and we cannot fault a single thing. Thanks so much for all that you do!

The staff at little gems are kind, informative and flexible to everyday life. I feel so confident leaving my son there each day and know that he is happy, looked after and understood. He creates close bonds with the educators and they assist in anyway to cater his needs. I couldn’t send him anywhere else!

Despite the fact that we are entitled to a decent discount at another local childcare centre (due to my husbands job), all three of my children have attended Little Gems from 15 months to 5 years old and i wouldnt have had it any other way. The centre is clean and organised, the staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. I honestly couldn't imagine anywhere better to care for and teach my children. I have referred several families to Little Gems over the years and will continue to do so with confidence, 5 stars arent enough really.

I cannot speak more highly of the community at Little Gems! Our son suffered from anxiety issues due to his care at another centre(refused to go, stuttering, biting, found unconscious twice -all from his lack of security, supervision and connection at the previous service) as soon as we moved him over to Little Gems he was back to his normal self, his confidence, personality and happiness to attend kindy returned in an instant. As a parent and a teacher I am so grateful to have found this service,the incredible outdoor environment, consistency of staff, the program and not to mention it is run and led by a passionate director who goes above and beyond to meet your queries. We are so grateful to have joined this community and can’t fault the service at all. Thank you for providing another home away fromhome for our son and peace of mind for us as parents.
