I would not use this company again for any services, very dishonest and exploitative. My air conditioner was not working (because power switch was off) and they quoted me over $900 to do an electrical diagnosis on the unit. I asked where the power was coming from and turned the switch on myself.

[D.A.]I made an emergency call out for my AC unit on a Sunday afternoon. Mr Emergency sent Dan to come out and assess the situation within the hour. The job was completed in the allotted booking time but Dan wasn’t happy with the outcome and he offered to come back out the following day for a redo (no additional cost).Plot twist, my AC unit has ultimately died a few days after the service. I want to stress that the unit was on it’s way out anyway, so this was at no fault of the service but rather the unit is so old it has not been in production for years.I called Dan for further assistance/advice and he came out within 24 hours to reassess and talk me through my options for replacement. He ordered the replacement unit, scheduled in the installation and ensured the cost for the original service would be deducted from the replacement work. He removed the faulty unit the same day in prep for the new install now scheduled in for Friday.The guys at Mr Emergency take pride in their work and the service they provide. I’m also one of those clients that asks questions along the way. Dan was patient and took the time to explain what he’s doing and why.Overall, I’m super happy with my experience with Mr Emergency and the customer service is super fast and reliable no matter the time of day.
