- Double charged for months, only received partial refund after weeks of chasing this up myself.- Don't call back when guaranteeing they will (every single time!)- No soap

I was member for more than 3 years, when gym went down and down, I was still telling myself give these guys more chance until they cancelled all interesting classes, half of the rest classes, instructors not show up for classes often.When I asked to cancel my membership, gym over charged me 6 weeks said its processing time! Took 6 weeks to process a cancellation,seems bit rediculous! This one star for all the good managers/instructors used to work in this gym.

Member for 2 years. The repo guys and cops arrived today. The owners have run away to the coast leaving the manager to try and sort their mess out. How do I give a zero star rating?

How do i cancel my membership??Im so sick of tripping over equipment thats left all over the floor, no toilet paper, no anti bacterial wipes, music is so friggen loud, classes cancelled, i just want out!!!
