The worst experience I have had with anu cleaning company. I hired them for end of lease cleaning and they asked for 460 AUD. I paid them the money they asked for and hoped that they do a good job. They dis such a poor job that I had to get it cleaned again with someone else. No one ever responded to me or asked how the cleaning was. They hired someone else for the carpet and the carpet was cleaned properly. Other than that everything was left as it is. I had to hire them because our agent Gary Peer recommended us to hire them.NEVER HIRE THESE GUYS! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

They quoted promptly, turned up on time, but then the guy who turned up said he needed more money (nearly 30%) more to do the job. And cash only of course. I didn’t have the time to cancel and get someone else in otherwise I would have. The clean was an ok job - sections of the floor not cleaned properly - but did a great job with the cupboards and oven. But I wouldn’t use them again as it felt like a scam - price low then demand more on the day. And I reported it to the manager and never heard a resolution.

This is the first time I have bothered to review anything online but I felt compelled to do so due to the horrendous service we received. We had booked an end of lease cleaning service with Exit Clean Melbourne for a large town house. On the day the cleaner was 1 hour late, not only that but one person was sent to do the entire job. Upon inspecting the size of the townhouse, which was mentioned multiple times during the booking, the cleaner flat out refused to go through with our booking and simply left, leaving us with less than 24 hours to find a company willing to take on a last minute job and in the process costing considerably more money. If you are looking for a cleaning service I would look elsewhere as this is by far the worst customer service we have ever received.

I have a brilliant experience with Exit Clean Melbourne last week. It was the first time I have ever used a company to do the clean (usually I do it myself) and it was a game changer! The two staff who cleaned knocked over our 2 Bed/2 Bath flat with balcony in three hours and it looked fantastic - in fact it looked better than it did when we moved in. Both staff were on time, polite and even helped me with a few loads down to the car or stuff that I was running behind with - and this is why I am going to the effort of reviewing, they were fantastic and I recommend them highly!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Exit Clean Melbourne and would not recommend to others.Firstly, despite my specific instructions that I had a very important meeting to attend in the morning so I needed the cleaners there by 7:45, they were 30 minutes late.I gave a very accurate description on the apartment, noting the size and that it is over two levels prior to being given a quote. Upon arrival, the cleaners looked around the apartment and attempted to renegotiate the price saying they could would not complete the work at the agreed price. The cleaners were rude, abrupt and left. This left me in somewhat of a predicament given I needed to return the apartment the following day.I would not recommend this company to anyone and would not rely on them to undertake the work.I will note that the owner, Mike, called me back later in the day to offer to send someone else to complete the work the next day. Unfortunately, the people you send to the customer are the face of your business and reflect your values and attitudes. My experience did not reflect well on any facet of this company.

Do not use this company!! What is included in the quote is not what is delivered. The cleaning itself is terrible, the hardwood floors looked like they hadnt even been swept, the bathroom floor tiles looked worse than before they started and the carpet hadnt even been run over by the vac. When I called the person who provided the quote, while the cleaners where still at my house, I was told it was a discrepancy that could not be fixed. Apparently things like light fittings and external windows being cleaned is up to the individual cleaner not the company. This company is completely ridiculous, its false advertising when the quote provided cant be guaranteed as it is up to the individual cleaners on the day. It was just lucky I was still around afterwards as I had them come back in to redo some of the issues but actually ended up having to clean the bathroom, floors and window sills myself as well. They also charged me over the quote because my rather small 3 bedroom house has a sunroom...but no dining room or formal lounge!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE. I booked them to clean my house for handover. Once our agent inspected the property we had to pay again to get the house cleaned again as the window surrounds were caked in dirt and they ruined the laminate on our floor by using some chemical on it. When I have asked someone to come out and inspect, the person who took the booking sent out a cleaner to inspect the damage and refuses to send out the owner of the business to see the damage and to this day claim they did not do it. Now we are up for costs to replace the floor due to this shambolic company. I cannot stress enough, please steer well clear of this company

Absolutely terrible job - should have read the reviews. Highly priced ($100 over every other quote) and am now copping a new cleaner to come and finish the job - they stopped answering my calls to get a cleaner back to the house. DON'T BOOK THESE GUYS.

Terrible job, terrible service, expensive, aggressive. They were incredibly rude, they were late, and I had to hire another cleaning service to do the job the following day.We booked our house to be cleaned pre-sale, and it was clean to the point that family laughed when I said I was getting a professional exit clean - but I didn't want to use harsh chemicals myself and wanted the place sparkling. We especially needed the windows cleaned and carpets steam cleaned and that was quoted in the service. We expected a great job because the price was so much higher than the other quotes we received.The cleaners arrived over an hour late, the steam cleaner never arrived as planned (he ended up coming the following day so the carpet was wet while the photographer was taking the photos, thought the actual steam clean job was quite good) and the cleaners refused to clean any of the top story windows that was quoted in our checklist. While the cleaner were there, I spoke to the company on the phone to suggest the price quoted to include a certain number of upstairs windows that now were not being cleaned, so could he look at adjusting the price so I could hire a separate window cleaner, he abused me, shouted job cancel job cancel" and hung up the phone. It was like conversing with a 3 year old throwing a tantrum. I should have just told them to leave after that but was on a timeline so was a bit desperate.The rest of the job was terrible
