Its a shame I can't give this company Zero Stars. Deliveries constantly fail to show up up time, or if at all on the day intended. Excuse after excuse when questioned and then blame placed on others. No accountability or remorse for their actions that affect others business's. Do not use this company. Go elsewhere.

I use Cold Xpress on a regular basis to fulfil orders for Kosher meat and poultry for customers living in regional Victoria and NSW. Cold Xpress always does a fantastic job ensuring the orders are delivered on time, and for a great rate too! Highly recommended.

If you want to ruin your business, you can use their services, never on time, always making excuses, they told me arriving at 1, then 3 & then 4, how we are going to run our business?!! Never ever use cold xpress, highly unreliable service!!

I have been calling you since ages to not send big trucks into our Court for house deliveries. Its happening since long time, when we call, you guys say we are working. We dont get peace in small towns as well. Your trucks damage driveways, make noise and damage branches.

Have to agree with the general comments. Apart from one driver who is reliable the others are virtually never on time. Recently lost a job because of driver shortage and hence no delivery made:(
