Amarin Thai Massage (Online Booking ONLY)

My brother-in-law recommended I try this place. It was the best thing I did. I had my massage yesterday. I was so relaxed, and the staff followed what I needed for my massage. My body felt good afterwards, and I was sleepy during my massage.The place was clean, with friendly staff, and the room was clean and tidy, and at the end of my massage, I was given complimentary bottled water.I recommend this place, and I will definitely be coming back.

I have been there first time today and was very disappointed, just got too much oil and just rubbing not to the point she was not looking professional.

I've been coming here for years...I dont know why I've never left a review. The girls here are exceptional, no matter who you see. They're super professional, attentive and to this day the only ones who can relieve my shoulder muscle pain. They book out most days so online bookings are recommended. Today I had a really good massage at Amarin massage. I had the oil massage wich was really relaxing as well as effective. I can really recommend Lux.

I'm really disappointed.I won't name the masseuse, because she was absolutely lovely, and I'm sure some clients love her, based off the extremely high google star rating.When I booked in, I advised I have fibromyalgia, and that most of my pain is in my limbs and especially my hands, and to not focus on my back. I also asked not to use oil - I didn't specify why, but it's because I have autism and the feeling of moisture on my skin makes me extremely uncomfortable. I had to shower for a very long time when I got home, which undid all the good the massage did.The masseuse even confirmed with me before commencing the massage what my focus areas were.Very little time was spent on my limbs, with most of the massage focussing on my back - again, the place where I carry the LEAST pain in my body.Oil was used on my skin despite booking for a Thai, no oil massage.There was no stretching incorporated into the Thai massage. There was some neck stretching, but nothing else. The stretching of every muscle is the most important part, and I didn't get that.As a disabled person suffering chronic pain, any disposable income I get often goes to massage, which is usually only twice a year if I'm lucky. It's so much money to spend, and it hurts not to be listened to, and have to spend my afternoon stressed in the shower scrubbing myself.I had high hopes for this place, I really did.

My expectations was not met.I booked for 90mins deep tissues massage.The masseur was not up for the task at all. The pressure was week, inconsistent times on muscles group. The masseur spent too long on my back muscles and it get to the point I had to asked if she can move on to other areas. I did not enjoy my times there and I don't think the parpour deserve the 4.9 ratings. Disappointed.

I had a relaxation massage with Jasmine and she was just wonderful! So kind and made me feel comfortable, accommodated to my preferences and was overall a lovely presence. I highly recommend this place, it’s professional, nice atmosphere and the employees are great! Will be coming back for sure :)
