I went here to get my girlfriend flowers and they were epic - she loved them and they got me in the good books! Beautiful shop, high quality flowers and very helpful staff that work here! Will be back ❤️

I am more than happy to support a small business if the product is worthwhile, however I have purchased flowers here twice now and both times have been an overly expensive let down.The flower arrangements are basic and come covered with a colossal amount of wrapping paper and bland ribbon. Staff didn't seem warm or helpful to provide information on customising flower arrangements.For $80 + for a basic arrangment and $8 for generic and bland cards, It's just too expensive for what you get. Especially in this area. I will go to Pearsons in future and pay the same amount or more for a superior product.I hope they can heed these reviews and become a successful local business that I can support in future.

Sarah always works her magic putting beautiful arrangements for me (and for very reasonable prices!) - I get all my flowers, orchids and house plants from The Botanic Lab & they’re always top quality. Sarah always goes above and beyond with her service, including help repot and bringing back to life my pot plants.

AMAZING service from Sarah and her team when I needed flowers for a wine event I was hosting. She picked out the most beautiful assortment of flowers and even gave me specific instructions on how to arrange them. Every step of the way, her team went above and beyond and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Highly recommended!

A really beautiful florist with exceptional customer service.I ordered a stunning bunch of florals for my friend over the phone and she was blown away with what was delivered. They nailed the brief and were so helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this florist, they definitely have the point of difference, plus I love supporting small!

Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff who really take the time to understand what you are after. I love their bespoke floral aesthetic and all the little gifts you can buy too! The perfect little local business.

Ordered 3 corsages and had to prepay for all 3. Needed one early and pre arranged on the phone. Upon arrival was told it was not ready and that I was rude and demanding! Perhaps they should not have confirmed it was ok. Staff member was extremely rude, unhelpful and UNPROFESSIONAL. Picked up next corsage the next day, but went elsewhere for the third even though I had paid. Will never go there again.
