Have purchased before with these guys, great service and delivery times, also didn't end up needing part, so was happy to refund purchase as it was untouched and still in box

I ordered a part for my Toyota yesterday. The part was very competitively priced, free delivery and arrived early this morning. Exceptional service.

The parts I ordered arrived within 2 days, one came the day after I ordered it. The price was excellent and so was the free post option. Can't recommend them highly enough based on my experience. I'll definitely be a return customer.

Ordered Mercedes power window regulator, wasn't sure if it would be as good as a genuine part given the extremely competitive price. Turned out to be equal quality for a fraction of Mercedes parts price, was even all greased up ready to just install. No issues fitting and works perfectly. Order was shipped promptly, can't fault anything, just great service at a great price, well done :)

Great service. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Honest explanations about timelines. Ordered item 12 noon on a Monday, itemdelivered to an interstate regoinal address within 48 hours. Thoroughly recommended.

Never had any problems until they sent a part that didn't fit. I explained very clearly that whether or not they accepted a return wasn't a question of customer service, it was a question of legal obligation under the Australian Consumer Law. They actually invited me to make an application to QCAT! I think that I'll call their bluff and actually apply for it as a matter of principle!EDIT: The owner's response fails to recognise the fact that they advertised the regulator assembly as fitting my model year Toyota Hiace, which is one of the most popular vehicles on the road. I need the van for work, and the only way to discover that the motor had the wrong connector was to disassemble the door. According to an email from Auto Parts Supply I should have checked that before ordering the part, which is fair enough for people who have x-ray vision, but for non-superhero customers, that just isn't good enough!They also fail to mention the fact that I stated that I would have been happy with a partial refund.Bottom line is that I did nothing wrong, Auto Parts Supply made the mistake and they refused to take ownership of that mistake. If you want to take the risk that a two hour job will turn into a two week job because your parts supplier screwed up and refuses to act reasonably, then APS is the supplier for you!
