I was looking for the Sambas and was attended to by Anna. She’s very patient when I couldn’t decide which size to get, and she brought out all the sizes within the range that I was looking for. She even gave me advice to get a sized up shoe and I bought it thanks to her help. Kudos to friendly staff for assisting!

Adidas original shoes aren't usually my thing, but it is a good place to buy tops when they are on sale from time to time. I'm not tall, so it's hard to buy pants because they're often too long. And the staff are friendly.

Store completely empty. 2 x staff no acknowledgement. Walked over to the guy who proceeded to ignore me, seen a blonde lady come down the stairs asked her for help she rolled her eyes and called over to the guy to help us. Grabbed the shoe and then walked away and continued to talk with each other. Tried the shoe on which was perfect went to try and buy but now a friend had entered and they were both engrossed in conversation. Left the shoe for you but wont be buying.Thanks but no thanks.

Walked into their store (4 of us). At least two staff members working (1 being a manager) and we were totally ignored. Would have been looking to purchase at least 2 pairs of shoes. Instead walked across the road to hype where we had much better service.
