Buyer beware. It’s is far too hard/impossible to return a faulty item. Twice now I have had a product fail (that’s ok this happens) and both times the staff made it too hard to replace. Both items were in perfect condition, one component failed and I was told it was treated poorly. The second item I was told was 11 month old so they would not longer honour the warranty. I would never shop there again and if I did I would do so with the expectation there is no warranty.

What an absolute joke of a service - we wait there with items ready to buy while being ignored by the staff.Sorry if you are too cool to take our money , I’ll go to total tools and spend there. All my trades have now been advised to avoid Sydney tools

Had a few good experiences at north Geelong but today I went into to seek replacements for all of my tools which were stolen. The staff helped me out with a generous deal and sent me on my way.

Staff flat out tell porkies. Asked for a deal on three Makita power tools and all that was said, the prices are the same everywhere - total tools and Bunnings. Bunnings ticket price is $15 cheaper on every product. In addition, I was about to spend $1000 on tools and nothing could be done. The staff member just walked off.Ended up buying one of the tools and showed them the price at Bunnings and they matched it. Hahaha far out, what arrogance. If this was my business, they would be out.To top it off, they ask for my name so they can assign the product to me. They would clearly see I’ve spent thousands in the store.

What a great shop!! And an even better bunch of lads.Went in for the first time this week since moving down from FNQLD, range is huge and service is top notch. Alex Gave me all of the info on the new battery powered ride on mower, very impressed.

Asked about an item, advised in stock and given vague directions to its locationCustomer service rep didn't seem enthused to be there or to help customers.Once I discovered the item was out of stock, customer service rep made it seem like a huge hassle if I wanted to order it in.Oh well, your loss on a few items worth a few hundred bucks.
