**WARNING** Do not buy anything from this company! Yes, they do make good products but when you need support which products like these sometimes need support, they could care less about helping you. They are very short with you and disrespectful when you finally get a chance the talk with them. They give me the feeling that since they already got my money there is no incentive to support the product. **BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY**

My URSA mini got broken and the official Japanese tech support refused to repair, instead they recommended me to buy the newer model that costs 8k. I tried to reach out the Tokyo office manager on LinkedIn but she did not reply to me. I have purchased URSA mini 4K, ATEM mini pro, and BMPCC from official dealers and I have been really loyal to the company. Please help me.

Bought Davinci Studio 18 online on the blackmagicdesign website. Activation code receives from blackmagic is just not working...What a joke.
