Bass Coast Security

I reluctantly post reviews but this one warrants the effort. One star provided for attending site. Warning to prospective customers, Local call out fee $165 plus GST. Sent three technicians to site to inspect system which is a one man with laptop job. The tech didn't appear to be competent, more interested in talking socially. Identified failed component after 15 mins fumbling around with laptop and leads. Tech told me to go buy another unit online. No offer to source part or help repair/set up. Call out fee wasn't clear in email. In their words it was. The owner swears over the phone, doesn't present good customer service or understanding of situation. There are better businesses in the area so keep looking if you need Security System work. I will never return or refer this backyard business to anyone. Customer service, understanding and fair trade wins business. Treating people like they aren't a valued customer loses business and costs you more than your exorbitant call out fee!

Steve and his apprentice turned up on time and fixed our alarm which had been installed by another company who couldn't be bothered to help us. They did such a great job and fixed everything perfectly and we couldn't be happier and recommend them more highly. Steve was also a nice guy to deal with. Well done :)
